Worst experience! Do not stay here! I am beyond disappointed! This place is absolutely disgusting and the manager is horrible! I arrived and no one was at the front it was all dark and soo hot in the lobby, finally someone came out to check us in, he said the morning shift forgot to turn on the air. We went to the room and pulled back the sheets as I always do to ensure they were changed and the was black fuzzy pieces of something, hair and stains so I called and requested someone to come change the sheets and was told housekeepers are gone for the day but I can take them off myself and he will switch me with new ones. The pillows were filthy, the floor hadn’t been vacuumed in any of the corners, the walls had marks all over them it was just far from clean. Anyway so then we opened the curtain to find that the window was shattered and open to the outside! Obviously we’re not staying in that room so we asked to be moved, when telling about the window he was not surprised and acted like he already knew about it, what just hoping I wouldn’t open the curtain???? Second room smelled just as bad as the first one, seemed a bit cleaner other than the huge crack in the ceiling but it was like 90 degrees in there, turned AC on and waited over 20 minutes and it wasn’t even beginning to cool down, I again looked at sheets and they were stained also and there were used bandaids and wrappers in the bottom of the trash can. At this point I just felt dirty and uncomfortable to stay there, it was frustrating and I was sweating I just couldn’t. I was refused a refund and pretty much called a liar as the manager tells me he just checked my room and the AC worked fine ( of course nothing about the cleanliness mattered to him) why would I lie about that!?! I have photos of the room I’m obviously not making this up, I ended up leaving and had to pay for a different hotel and no refund!! Absolutely disgusting place, customer service, hospitality, housekeeping, and rooms! Don’t stay here!!!

$50 security deposit that takes long time to get reversed, not in the best part of town I knew from the moment I got off the interstate into a marginable neighborhood that this hotel wasn't going to be a great experience. My #1 complaint about the hotel is the shoddy construction of the building. The guests in the room directly above you sound like a herd of elephants. There is a $50 security deposit that takes a long time to get reversed (still waiting after 4 days). The hallways in this hotel on the ground floor were intentionally with low light; not sure why. There were no snacks (e.g. cookies or fruit) that were offered in a similar Country Inn hotel in a nearby state.

No go Too simple and outdated rooms. Sink the room. Holes in the towels - disgusting. Personal is nice and trying to do their best. Will not recommend until you really short on budget. Try to find a better place.

Not as good as the photos. The Hilton on the airport was only $10 more The manager is trying hard and working long hours, but apparently trying to do everything himself. One of the electric panels in our room did not work, the bathtub faucet would not shut off completely, and the bathroom fan was so loud that it was better to shower by the hallway light. The shower curtain would not stay in place without being held, and the sink faucet had mold around the bottom. The morning breakfast was adequate but, on this day at least, did not include coffee or hot water. The shuttle to the airport was a tired old van, the rear doors of which did not open, so a 50 lb piece of luggage had to be hefted up on to one of the seats. The van was also out of gas when we needed it, so a stop on the way to the airport was necessary. In all the place is less than the sum of its parts and needs some attention and sprucing up to live up the advertisements.
