Wouldn’t return here for another night..very disappointed.. Customer service while checking in was very pleasant. We had made reservations online already paying for the room. After we got there and paid for room already they told me about a deposit that was required. They said would get it back at time of discharge. We went to the room. There was no wi-go that was supposed to be available. Was not available. The room had the tiniest tv possible. The bathtub was black and groce. When we went to check out at 530 am there was no one in the office. We knocked and beat on the door to get someone’s attention. We had to call the office to get someone in the office. Then after she got there was told would be five or six days to get refund on my deposit. It wasn’t a good experience at all. I wouldn’t return here for another visit at all and im not a picky person at all. I don’t expect the impossible. I did expect better than this

Terrible room. Noisy a/c kept us up most of the night. Terrible stay hardly slept due to the very noisy a/c unit. No bath towels in the room. Wall plug no cover and moved when plugging in iron. I have trouble getting into a tub even to shower. There are NO rooms with just a shower stall. They do offer a chair to make it handicap accessible (not). Mildew on side of tub. Motel 6 would have been better. Poorly run and maintained. Continental breakfast terrible. Went to sonic instead. Have to go back to Tulsa in December and I will avoid this place for sure.

Disappointed Bed dirty floors filthy and I've stayed here 6 months straight. People allowed to keep other patrons up all night and not get kicked out. Not even spoken to after reported. This is their idea of a resolution for a problem.

Just don't... The place is really run down. Paint chipping on the stairs outside. The room stunk of mildew. The bathroom walls were filthy. I hope you don't have allergies! The pool was half way filled and water was brown! Breakfast consisted of cereal, biscuits and gravy, and hostess cupcakes. This felt like a run down motel. We had booked 2 rooms. My husband and son slept in the other room. The smoke alarm started chirping at 2am. Needless to say they didn't push back when we cancelled through our credit card company and got our points back because weren't staying there on the way back from our vacation.

Never Again Stayed here many years in a row while attending the Chili Bowl. Sorry to say this will be the last. Found out that this place has changed hands and it shows. The place has gone downhill. Our room was in need of updating. Before they used to come in the room and tidy up every two days but that didn’t happen this time. Breakfast is nonexistent. Packaged cupcakes, two cereals and microwave sandwiches, along with not too hot coffee was it. Thank goodness there was a new Dunkin Donuts nearby that just opened. Also some of the clientele that is staying here makes you think what is going on. There are many other hotels in Tulsa and I’m sure they will appreciate our business because this place is losing ours.
