Nice little place! I booked a room here last-minute because it was relatively inexpensive and I needed a place to stay. It's an older property but it has been kept up well. The room was clean & comfortable and the staff was friendly. The parking lot is a little small, but still pretty easy to maneuver around in. I would definitely stay here again.

Roach motel Gross run down property. Checked out the next day. Many long term residents that take no pride in where they live. Bugs in the room. Property is in terrible condition. Needs to be condemned. Pretty sure there is some sketchy stuff going on at this place.

Won't do it again I stayed at this location 06/I6. I booked the room through Expedia. I called the motel either the Wednesday or Thursday before to find out if they had anything open for 06/15 as I wanted to drive in the night before. I was given a number and told to call Expedia to see if there was any availability and to let them know that management at the motel was ok with the change. The number that I was provided took me to some clown that wants to send me gift certificates but wants me to pay for shipping. He will give me the number to Expedia afterwards. I tell him no. He is relentless and I have to hang up without the number. I show up at the motel at 3 P.M on 06/16. I am informed that I need a $100 cash deposit. No where does it mention this is necessary on their website or via Expedia. They have an ATM which I didn't see and I left to go get the money. In my mind, I am thinking that I will be penalized if I don't stay. I come back and get in line to finish checking in. There is a woman in front of me who is trying to figure out where she is going to find $100 cash. She is in panic mode. She is also humiliated. I am watching these emotions . She is trying to explain that she is going to have to see if any of her cards will have that amount of money to withdraw funds from. The manager is under the impression that we are aware of the conditions of the mandatory cash deposit. Nobody is. So, this corporation put staff out there to take the heat and didn't bother to inform them. There is a paper that everyone signs off on acknowledging the responsibilities and that is pretty normal. There is a line in there that says that you have 15 minutes to report any broken electronics or you will be charged. I was so furious that the only thing that was running through my head was, "How about you find out what electronics are broken before I get there?" The entire experience made me feel like I was dealing with a bunch of con artists. I want to be very clear. My issues are not with the staff on-site. These decisions are made by people higher up.

Cannot Believe Motel 6 Franchise Allows This 1st let me say the pics on the website makes you think this is a nice place to stay. We had stayed at the Motel 6 in Catoosa OK but then saw this place that looked ok and had a very affordable price so decided to try it. Thats when the adventure began! Went to check in and lets just say the overnight person has some issues. He was nice enough, friendly enough but he was bouncing off the walls, couldnt hold his hands still, it was very obvious he was high on something (assuming Meth),. he had a hard time holding still long enough to get the room card punched into the machine for us. We were very tired, got to the room and just went to sleep. When we got up we started looking around. It looks like people are actually living here and using it as a full time residence. Some windows in some rooms are boarded up, There are trashy looking vehicles parked around. The bathtub in our room had atleast 10 cigarette burns on it and the vanity outside the bathroom same thing. The kitchen had an oven that still had a dirty liner in it. Yeah, we didnt use the shower, didnt use dishes, just gathered our things and left. There are some MAJOR housekeeping maintainence issues everywhere here. Would not recommend this place to anyone unless you are desperate and absolutely need a cheap place to crash. We for sure wont be back. The funny part about it is there is a sign on the yard that says "owners must pick up after their pets or you will be asked to leave"--- what pets are leaving behind is the LEAST of this place's problems.

Very affordable, full kitchen This is an interesting little hotel which would be perfect for extended stays in the Tulsa area. The best part of this place was everything you get for a very good price. The room was clean and had a full kitchen, large bathroom, cable TV, and cozy living space. The parking is a little cramped but this was the biggest drawback.
