Perfect venue for our celebration and overnight stay in the hotel was wonderful! We rented the ballroom for an event and had friends and family stay in the hotel. I stayed in the hotel even though I’m local so that I could stay as late as people wanted to hang out and it worked out perfectly. I loved the rooms and the staff was excellent. They helped us get everything ready for the event, they took care of cleaning and all kinds of in between stuff. Anything we needed basically they were there to help. As far as venues go, I will always recommend Campbell. I came to a wedding here years ago and this past weekend I got to stay in the same room I did that night for that wedding and I must say I really really appreciate the black out curtains! John was so lovely to work with and the whole thing really came together so perfectly.

Absolutely Awful. It was awful. The pillows had hair on them and inside the case as well, the room was dark, the counters on the bedside tables had permanent rings stained on them, the walls were chipped, the edges of the furniture are chipped, the fitted sheet was turned inside out and put on that way. My guess is it hadn't been washed but was just turned inside out and put back on. Why would I think that? The sheets were stained. The shams were stained. The bathroom had a hole in the wall by the toilet, that was stuffed with a cotton ball, and had a paint chip below that. The hallway was so dimly lit, it was spooky. The front desk lady was wonderful, truly(the bright spot of the stay). She offered two other rooms, but they were worse (stained carpet, dark, and more stains everywhere, second room, the lamp that I tried to light didn't work). I went back down to ask if there were any other pillows available, and turns out, nope (we looked at the laundry room and the place where linens were kept (only a bunch of brown blankets could be seen, no sheets, no extra pillows). We even went back to the two alternative rooms and hair on first, second room had the flattest pillows I have ever seen. The wall in the dimly lit hallway (seriously the overhead lamps in the hallway must have had 25 watt bulbs-DIM), I noticed wrinkles on the wall, and when I adjusted my eyes, I asked what that was, and there was a hole at the top of the wrinkles. She said not to look at it, but it looked like water damage from random hole. This hotel seriously needs some baseline maintenance- deep cleaning, new mattresses (oh my goodness, do they sink low), new bedding, new pillows, and paint on just about everything that is painted (almost everything is painted save the wood floors). I saw three rooms when I stayed there (mine and the two that were offered as alternatives) and this hotel needs some serious help. I wanted to walk out that evening but my daughter just wanted to stay (it had been a long day of travel prior to getting there), so we did. I did drop my keys at the front desk and that is when what felt like gaslighting started. The nice guy behind the desk asked how things were with our stay. I said it was not good. A lady said she was the general manager, and said oh, what could be wrong, we will write this down and fix it immediately. I listed a few of the things, but when she kept admonishing the front desk guy to write it down and go check on these things, I told her that as the general manager, she might want to go look as well. I then said that we needed to leave and we did. I travel for a living (30 plus years as a flight attendant). This was the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. Ok, there was a Howard Johnson in 1992 that may have rivaled this one but do NOT be fooled by whomever wrote the copy on their website.

Incredible small hotel in Tulsa I stay in motels/hotels 20-30 days per year. My wife and I have now stayed at this sweet hotel 3 times, each visit better than the previous stay. Each room has a different decor theme and the entire hotel is charming. You have easy access to downtown and dozens of great eateries. The hotel has a great restaurant, Toast on 66, with outstanding food and service. Also has a small bar that is open in the early evening. I can promise our next stay in Tulsa will include the Campbell Hotel. It beats the socks off the large chain hotels which are often boring and frustrating to deal with.

Lovely staff, but poor accommodations. Staff was lovely, but the accomodations were not in any way luxury. The hallways were dark. The furniture is shabby and in poor condition. You could see the indentions on the bed from years of people sleeping on it. The pillow was weirdly heavy and very lumpy. The bathroom was small and had very little counter space. Mirror was small and too high to use to get ready (make up and hair). Shower water would not heat up, even after running for a while. The window covering did not cover the windows completely in and there were no curtains to block light. I would not stay again.

Wonderful Hotel! My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the unique historic hotel! Every staff member we dealt with was beyond accommodating and nice. Our room was great and we enjoyed the themed decor. We both agreed that if we ever travel to Tulsa again we wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else!
