Extended stay Needed a place to stay for a couple months while some emergency repairs/remodel were being done to our home. Chami and her staff were amazing making us feel welcome in our temporary home away from home. Quiet peaceful location. Everything clean. Everything worked. No issues for 67 days.

Frustrated and ripped off We were staying at a real nice place but it didn't have a kitchen so when I was shopping for a new hotel I called this hotel and they quoted me a price then called me back with a special I thought I couldn't refuse a discount on dog fee and a upgrade to a suite with couch and kitchen. I repeated a kitchen he said yes a kitchen with kitchen table and couch. For close to what we were paying but a tiny bit more we thought the kitchen was worth it so we booked for a week. We got there no upgrade we got a small refrigerator and microwave no kitchen unit and no offer to fix it. Well, it was too late to search for a new room so we took it. During the stay we were under the impression we would have breakfast in lobby but nope.. false advertising no breakfast. There is no room service at all.. no one called us to ask us if we wanted our room cleaned or fresh towels I had to chase down maid for extra toilet paper.. so as the garbage started to grow we set it in the bathroom under the sink at checkout they had never changed our garbage 7 days no service at all.. then they kept our pet deposit saying the room smelled like dog well our dog goes on puppy pads we trained him to either tell us he wants out or use pads so when we travel we use puppy pad it's safer then wondering at night around a hotel parking lot. But they never took our garbage so that is probably the smell a smell is not damage and it's there fault for not cleaning the room. But nevertheless we lost 109 dollars extra plus tax for dog smell.. choice hotel didn't do anything to refund us for the deposit either they gave us extra points but that doesn't really fix the fact that we had to sleep in a dirty room all week oh and the sink faucet didn't work well at all hurt my finger trying to get faucet to run.. so although the people seem nice watch out they will find a way to keep your pet deposit and don't trust you will get a kitchen or any customer service oh and Choice Corporate can't do refunds since when.. it's ridiculous, also the air conditioner didn't work just fan hot or cold.. I recommend looking for another hotel last I checked false advertising was illegal but I don't know how to report it.. oh and look at the phone I took a picture It looks haunted or something lol.. just kidding. Had to guess what front desk was and there was no alarm clock either never did get a kitchen table either..smh

Saved the day So I never do this even on Amazon but I was recently involved in a car incident where I skidded off the road during a snow storm and ended up with the car on it’s side in a body of water. When the state troopers came they dropped me off at the hotel due to the fact that while getting out of the car I left my shoes behind and they didn’t want me there freezing while the towing company impounded my vehicle due to the water damage sustained. After I was dropped off the ladies at the hotel generously let me use the phone in the lobby to call my wife and let her know I was ok. Afterwords I got a room for the night on the 3rd floor. While I was there there the staff found me shoes and socks to wear as I had been barefoot this entire time as well as let me use a coat when I walked over to the towing company. Was not a good time messing up my corolla but this staff of this hotel was essential in helping me get past this struggle. The room itself was nice and spacious and the bed was comfy. I’m seeing here that a lot of people complain about the bedding but I did not see any stains on the pillows, covers or sheets at all and slept like a baby. Another thing worth mentioning is that I am a big fan of hotels that have a sort of secluded feel and this one had the perfect location where you weren't far from civilization but the trees surrounding it gave it a calming feel.

Very clean Very clean and very helpful. Chami was great to assist me on my extended stay. My room was comfy, clean and away from the noise of busy streets. I would recommend this to any weary traveler looking to wind down
