Peaceful stay Rooms available late afternoon. Excellent host. Good food near by. Breakfast was just basic and delicious. Rates seemed high. Advertised as $55 yet it was over $100 per room per night this particular day.

Cleaning staff does a horrible job Mattress pad was badly stained. Built up dust on wall hangings and bed skirts. It was awful. We didn’t want to use the shower because it didn’t look clean. Room 107

Poop in doorway! We were traveling for a funeral. A fellow travelers pet dog pooped in our doorway. The poop was left. Our oldest daughter stepped in it and tracked into our room. She was wearing Ugg boots. We cleaned it up and the front desk staff cleaned the hallway. Obviously the dog was not a service dog. A service dog is trained and that would never happen with one.

Adequate but not exceptional Staff was polite and professional. Several areas of concern in the room itself. Paint in the bathroom was peeling off the ceiling and wall, likely due to the lack of a vent. Beds were comfortable and location was good for visiting Arthur and Champaign.

Family Reunion stop Good stop spot. Thank you for the clean room and lobby, great service, and being dog friendly. Very handy to get to our family reunion designation plus very easy to get to off the hiway that we were on.
