Good hotel. Would Stay Again. Need Gym Solution. It was a Deja-Vu experience for us. Another good experience at a HGI. Recommended if you are in Twinsburg. Clean. Kind and helpful desk staff and food service manager. Only negative is that their gym was out of service. They should be ready to recommend (and have a relationship with) a local gym. Many of us are training and need a place to continue our daily routines. On my own, I went to a local gym who offered me a free day pass (NOT the Twinsburg Fitness Center at the high school). It was not good to be told _at check in_ that the gym is out.

Solid hotel - nothing will impress you but nothing will disappoint either. The hotel was decent overall. No issues with our room, but the bathroom is a little small, no fan, and the toilet struggled to flush even water. The air conditioning is very loud, but for us that's a good thing - we're all used to sleeping with brown noise. The front desk was exceptionally nice. The elevators are pretty slow and the breakfast buffet leaves quite a bit to be desired considering the price. The location is well centralized and the value is just ok.

Very Good Hotel Hilton Garden Inn is one of my favorite places to stop at when traveling. This hotel is conveniently located by interstate 480 and is 20 minutes from Cleveland. There is also a cracker barrel, and a few other restaraunt 2 minutes walking from the hotel on the same street. There is a Starbucks and a local town a few minutes by car, so the location is very good. The service here was excellent. The staff here are very friendly and the maid service was very good. I really liked the breakfast here and it would be worth it to get the breakfast passes. Here you can either order food with the waiter or come up to the self serve buffet. The buffet was standard hotel breakfast (eggs, sausages, etc.) but the food you can order was much better. I had the omelet and it was very good and I recommend it. I also tried the waffles and toast and they were very good. I also liked how on one day we came at 9:25 and breakfast closes at 9:30 and the waiter didn't close the kitchen and served us. I also liked how when I asked for no onion on the omelet, they were able to accommodate me. A+ for the breakfast in this hotel! Breakfast here is much better than other Hilton Garden Inns. There were also some things I think could have been better. The hotel interior looked like a hotel from the mid-2000s and hence, it looks older. There is a public restroom on the first floor and in the men's room, one of the stalls had a door that could barely close. The room itself was comfortable but the air conditioning unit was very loud and it was distracting to sleep at night. Since I traveled during the summer, if we turned off the AC it got hot quickly. I stayed in a standard, two queen bed unit and the bed closer to the bathroom was too close to the wall. This caused a small inconvenience any time I had to get out of bed. Overall, this is a very good hotel, however there are some things that can be better.

Pillowcases that was wrinkle upon arrival. I’m not sure if it’s from the last person, but just take the time to press it Out of all the years of staying at a hotel. Both of my room pillow cases was wrinkled. I never seen anything like it before. I was brushed off when I mentioned it. This is how it looked upon arrival.

A Credit to the Hilton Brand: Wedding Reception Fully recommend this place. Beautiful exterior and setting. Immediately off the expressway. Good restaurants in walking distance, from Cracker Barrel to the outstanding Blue Canyon right next door. So, we utilized this hotel for a wedding reception. Therefore we used the ballroom, catering service and some sleeping rooms. The Sr. Sales Manager, John Koroly, and the Banquet Manager(?), Jen (?) were simply some of the best hotel people I have worked with. We choose this hotel for our daughter's wedding reception primarily for those reasons, based on past experience from doing conferences here. The staff here have generally been very well trained. Everyone that I interacted with, from front desk staff to managerial to cleaning personel are warm, friendly and helpful. The reception food (sit-down dinner service) was really, really delicious. Menu selections included chicken marsala (the Chef's grandfather's recipie), salmon and a delicious vegetarian pasta dish. We received multiple unsolicited comments from our guests at how good the food was, and the lovely presentation as well (and it was served hot!). In addition, the breakfast is very good - and especially the made-to-order omlets. The banquet layout was very lovely; the service was impeccable; and the staff super friendly and accomodating. Rooms are nice, clean and what one expects from a Hilton. The one constructive comment is that the public areas, although tastefully decorated, including furniture and carpet are in need updating / refreshing / replacing. It's just starting to look a bit worn - which should not be the case for a Hilton Garden Inn.
