Worse room ever They have a bad roach infestation. I even tried to go get another room or refund and they told me I had to email the manager. Still haven’t received anything back. The man upfront asked me if I just wanted the roach spray I was so over it!!!

No towels and no breakfast There wasn't any towels to take a shower with and no breakfast . I told staff and they did nothing at all to help me and my mom .

Rags, roaches, and rancid review. After we grabbed our towels from the musty old folks home, smelling lobby. We pulled our car around through a pothole filled parking lot to the back where our room was located. As we walked through the hallway, large cockroaches scattered. As we entered our dank room, the first thing I noticed were the cigarette burns all over the mattress. My daughter then noticed the small bugs that were in the bathroom. Under further examination, we found dead crickets between the mattresses. And throughout the duration of our stay at no point did anyone come and clean our room of any trash. If I could give this hotel a zero, I would.

Terrible experience I truly feel like we should be returned our money for this stay. Our room was dirty, no pillow cases on pillows, no ice bucket. Sheets were ripped. I have never been somewhere where you have to return dirty towels and washclothes to get new ones. That's disgusting. The milk for the dry cereal was lukewarm, could not drink it. Coffee had grounds in it also. To top it off, there was a strange man that came knocking on the door at 11:30 at night. I assume (looking for a lady friend). But got violent knocking and tried to open the door. There was no deadbolt because it was broken, and the phone in the room would not work! I tried calling office on cell phone to get a manager down and no answer. Did this about 5 times, should have called the police. So needless to say we didn't sleep at all and feel as if I should be refunded. We actually had bookings for two nights. Angry customer for sure!!

Good job staff and Andy the maintenance man The staff took care of me Andy the maintenance man was on point with trash and service helping us with bags I felt as if I was at a 5 stare hotel the wsffelx were good to the place we ate was set up like a resturant screen t. V as I wStched t. V anc ate. Not to mention the gym on site perfect it was smooth and enjoyed the new staff thank guys
