This place never disappoints. I have stayed at this Cambria many times in the past and have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and spacious. Comfy bed, nice bathroom. Great location minutes from the highway with lots of restaurants, etc nearby. You do have to pay for the buffet breakfast.

Refuse to cancel even within timeframe to cancel. Impossible to deal with and rude manager and staff member I booked the hotel last weekend. I received notification that I could cancel through October 18, 2024. I went through the cancelation link in my email. I received the message to call the number through Choice to cancel. The person said they could cancel and went through the process. He said I needed to cancel through the hotel. I called the hotel. I was told that it was past the time to cancel and that cancellations had to be done within 24 hours. I said that this was within 24 hours. She then said I couldn’t cancel within 48 hours now. Then she said it had to be within 24 hours of checkin which is at 4:00. This was at 3:10. She told me that my check was ‘maybe 2:30 or 3:00’ even though the email said 4:00. I said the email said I could cancel through October 18. She said ‘well I can’t cancel, you have to call choice to authorize it’. I called Choice 5 different times. I kept being told that I needed to contact the hotel so they connected me. The hotel said that they needed an authorization through Choice to cancel. One of the times on the phone with Choice, I was told that they would be calling the hotel to authorize the cancellation and to stay on the line. I waited on the line and then after 10 minutes of waiting, they hung up. I continued to call back and was hung up on twice. I called back again and was told that there was a one time cancellation and they would proceed with this cancellation. They connected with me again and I that person hung up on me while I was talking. Then I called back and said it was after 4:00 so I wasn’t able to cancel. I made the reservation through a AAA rate but was told it was a different group but I don’t know who that would be.

Does not accept service animals Was told I couldn't bring my service animal with me by front desk hotel receptionist. So had to cancel last minute and find another hotel at 11pm at night luckily Hilton is actually helpful and accepts pets. Later found out they still charged me for my full stay and refused to refund me. Nikki the manager when contacted by who I booked through said that it isn't on them to refund a guest when the guest is refused at the door. Despicable business.

Don't stay here Don't stay at this hotel. Called before we booked and asked if they had a pool and hot tub. They said yes, we arrive and the hot tub is cold. Front desk said it has been broken for months. But "forgot" to mention that over the phone. They continue to tell maintenance but nothing is done about it. We specifically chose this hotel because it had a hot tub needed for a medical reason with someone in our family. We then asked for towels to get in the pool. They had none. We thought he was joking. He told us they don't have good people working here and can't get things done. So we paid over $200 to stay in a hotel that can't even wash their towels? Overall not a horrible hotel but not the cleanest either. But the staff was incompetent and didn't try to make anything better either. Basically said deal with it. I understand certain things are out of our control, but in customer service you wine and dine the customer to make it better. Don't expect that here. Won't be staying at this brand of hotel again.

GREAT STAFF My company booked my 2 night stay, the room with a king bed was large, very nice and comfortable. All the staff from the shuttle bus driver, check-in staff and all other staff members were very nice and went out of their way to help us. They even looked up the location of the facility we had to be at for training to help us determine if we could walk there. We could not and the shuttle bus dropped us off. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that has to be in the area for work or vacation.
