Great place to stay! The hotel was awesome in every respect starting from the service at reception. I was part of a wedding group but didn't get the block rate (because I selected the wrong options while reserving I think). Marcia Casamento helped me check-in and patiently spent some time to figure out the details and adjust the rates. The room was very clean, mattresses were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The room had a mini-fridge and a microwave along with coffee-maker. I requested extra blankets and they were delivered promptly although a bit late in the night. I used the gym and it had elliptical, treadmill, some free weights, cycling. Pretty nice and it had towels available in the gym. It was clean. The staff overall was courteous. Very good experience and if I visit the area I'll definitely stay here again.

Noisy room The room was clean and ready for us. The check in was seamless. Bed was comfortable. Okay. Now the BAD. It is hot IN SCV in summer so AC is a must. The AC worked but sounded like a diesel truck was in your room. WE have ear plugs knowing you cannot pick your neighbors. But we could not sleep with the AC on. Could not hear the TV or discuss in the room with the AC on. For the money it is not worth it. Sorry Courtyard but you should never let the AC get bad like that. Horrible.

Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. If I have anything that I believe needs improvement, I try to put it first so I can end on a positive note. The snack bar behind the counter at the desk is very limited. I would have liked to have seen milk and a larger selection of snacks. That's pretty much the only thing I would say needs improvement, in my opinion. Now for the the larger issues that I believe are important when choosing a hotel. The staff couldn't have been any friendlier and accommodating. They were great! The rooms were clean, modern and the showers had enough pressure that you didn't have to run around in the shower to catch the drops to get wet. It's a quiet area, yet you can see the interstate from the hotel. It's back from the freeway enough that you aren't really aware of how close it is (probably less than a half mile).

What a joke. I have stayed in courtyards in several other cities and have never dealt with the problems that came up last night. This was an emergency stay last minute as interstate 5 had snow on it and we were heading north in a moving 16’ truck. When checking in we were told to move the truck to behind the next door building due to management not being okay with us taking up three spaces in the corner of the parking lot. We were also told that we would need to pay $10 per space per hotel policy. We were told that they were expecting a full hotel that night. Zero verification on where to move it. “Just over there behind that building will be fine.” The bathroom was dirty when we checked in. The shampoo dispenser in the bathroom had squirted on to the other dispenser next to it. We were in a double queen room and only two towels were in the room. The toilet was clogged when we first tried to use the bathroom at night. The elevator stopped working over night. In the morning on the way to the elevators there was a very strong cigarette smoke smell next to the elevator area. In the morning when we left before 7, I noticed that the spaces that we were told we needed to move out of was filled by a 24’ moving truck taking up 4-5 spaces and also a RV taking up the same number of spaces across the parking lot. This was the third hotel on a three night trip from texas to Northern California. This was the only hotel to make a stink about where to put the truck. To allow someone else to take up more spaces after making a big deal about us was absolutely ridiculous. I will never suggest or willingly go to a court yard hotel and probably Marriott in general. I was treated way better at a best western.

Very helpful and amazing value! I have to book rooms for my employees sometimes and I ALWAYS use this one. The front desk people are so freakin' helpful, anytime I call with questions or requests they go out of their way to accommodate. Hopefully, you get to deal with Allison when you check in cause she is the BEST! Also, whenever my employees stay there, they can't stop raving about how nice it is and they thank me profusely. Best spot in Santa Clarita for sure!
