Great customer service I had been trying to make reservations at this hotel for a week and they were booked. After arriving I spoke to the manager Mirasol and she was so helpful with getting my reservation booked at a great rate. She was very helpful and accommodating.

Excellent customer service First off this place is great! The staff was extremely helpful then the manager Marisol went above and beyond to help my family out. The day of our my wife and I woke up to 3 out of 5 snot nosed sick little children leaving me completely freaking out my non refundable purchase was gonna be lost. They helped me reschedule everything and made it so we could still have the vacation we had been saving for this whole last year. Having a staff that cares about their customers more then the all mighty dollar is a true blessing Thank you !

It's hot in area and I enjoyed the swimming pool. The Marriott hotel is right next to six flags and it is very convenient for us(: I thank you guys so very much.

Disappointed and unsatisfied Stayed there with 4 children along with my boyfriend and got two rooms this past weekend. We were out all day long doing fun activities and did not get in our hotel until 6pm only to be told that one of our was not ready. Online website stated that check in was at 3pm. Three hours before I tried to even checked in and my room still isn’t ready. Also, the FD had me swiped my card on the first reservation and presented my ID, yet I was told to come down and swipe my card yet again on my second reservation when my other room was ready. I had told the FD that the process should have been more smoothly if she would have done the same process for my other room at the same time. The whole process was exhausting and not what I have expected especially, I do work at front desk myself at another hotel. I would say our service is far more efficient and way better. Moreover, the children were exhausted but still wanted to take advantage of the pool because that was the reason why we picked the hotel due to the location and the pool. The pool is outdoor and not heated. Water was so cold I decided to stay out of it. I wish I would have taken everyone to the Renaissance hotel in Walnut Creek which has better amenities and have more pools outdoor and actually heated and jacuzzi. The price that I paid for both rooms, room being not ready at 6pm still, pool not heated, rooms were too small and tight, and inconsistencies with the service isn’t worth the price. Save yourself a headache and stay somewhere else. The only best thing that happened to us was that there was a Filipina lady at their breakfast place that was very helpful and attended to our needs. She is an asset to your company.
