Wonderful stay I surprised my wife with a trip to Vancouver and decided to stay at Fairmont Pacific Rim. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The room was nice, the staff were attentive, and the amenities were a really nice touch. The only thing that was a bit of an annoyance was fighting with the front desk to get a late check out (mind you, only an hour later at 1 pm). The hotel knew that I booked a 120 min spa appointment for my wife at 10:15 am the day of checkout, so expecting us to be out of the room by 12:30 pm was a bit absurd, especially because I didn’t make a big deal about our room not being ready upon check-in at 3 pm (we ended up getting notified that the room was ready at 4 pm). In the end, the hotel was able to honor our request, but i had to fight and pester them to do so which was aggravating. Despite that, I would still recommend this hotel.

Wonderful Hotel, Dining & Staff This was our 3rd stay at the Pacific Rim and it was, again, excellent. The staff go above and beyond to greet you and make sure your needs are met. The room & bathroom are very spacious, open & beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfy. The Lobby Lounge is the place to be with wonderful sushi & many other choices. The Botanist is excellent whether for breakfast or a special lunch or dinner. The Botanist Bar is renowned as is the restaurant. Lovely 6th floor pool. The room & hotel are immaculately cleaned. The hotel management is very very good. We love Vancouver & this hotel and plan to make this a yearly trip.

Top notch experience We stayed at the Fairmont Pacific Rim the 2 nights following our wedding to kick off our honeymoon. We could not have asked for a better experience - the room and view was amazing, the staff was top notch, and the attention to detail to make our first nights as newlyweds special was impeccable. The wine and chocolates and handwritten note left set up in our room upon arrival was an excellent touch. We enjoyed using the pool and had a great breakfast at Botanist. The restaurant staff were excellent and the raspberry croissant was 10/10! We can’t wait to return to the property to celebrate future anniversaries and milestones!

Truly one of the most magnificent hotels in the world! We used to be regular visitors to Vancouver and the Fairmont Pacific Rim, however had not been back in almost 8 years. We found that our golden memories were all accurate - the level of service at the property is stunningly high; the facilities continue to be well-maintained and offer excellent amenities; and (of course!) the property hasn’t moved and so enjoys a remarkable location.

Exquisite Exemplary customer service. Room service were wonderful in accomodating our needs under our time schedule. No hotel gym is a Goodlife, however this gym was spacious, had decent equipment, but the free weight increments only went up to 75lbs on dumbells.
