Nice, quiet hotel near Esther Short Park - great service by staff Great experience again at the Hilton Vancouver - Sharon in Gray's restaurant provided extraordinary service for my takeout orders both days (making sure I had my preferences exactly right) and Janine was very helpful on check-out. We got upgraded rooms (as Diamond) by Julia when I called to add a night to my stay so the park view rooms were very nice and quiet. They provide parking but on weekends, street parking is easy to find and there's also an underground lot next door on a per hour basis if you need it during the daytime on weekdays. Hotel is a couple of blocks from the waterfront and also has easy access to I-5 into Portland, 14 east, and is close to restaurants and shops.

Not terrible, not the best, nothing included, meh Not fantastic, but not horrible. The front desk people were snobby. The hotel was VERY hard to get around in, you can’t even really use the stairs and it’s not well marked how to get to the ground floor using the stairs. And sometimes the stairs from the lobby are blocked off?? Parking is INSANELY expensive at $34/night. NOTHING is included. No breakfast, parking, nothing. My biggest pet peeve was that the only breakfast offered was a stripped down Starbucks, they were out of all vegetarian options there and told me “well the restaurant is quick” and there was nobody in the restaurant readily available to take an order. Not set up for people on business who need convenience. Room was meh. They put all their money into the lobby and building and not nearly as much into the rooms. Could have easily been a Best Western and I wouldn’t have known the difference. I will say the room was very clean and beds were comfortable. But it won’t be my first choice when I’m planning to stay somewhere for this price. I’d rather stay at a Hampton or a Marriott next time.

The Worst Hilton Double tree ever As a Hilton rewards member for over 20 years, I have to say this is the worst Hilton brand hotel I have stayed at anywhere in the United States. For over $200.00 a room Iwould have expected better. Front counter people were rude and unhelpful. The furniture was old and worn out. So disappointed.

Overpriced with few necessities Where to start...No hanging clothes space. No suitcase folding stand. The shower handle was stuck so hard I couldn't budge it. No mugs for morning coffee, only to go cups (tacky for a "NICE" hotel). Reported all this to the Front desk, they said they would take care of it. Returned in the evening.. Mugs had been delivered, BUT NO coffee packets! Beds were UNMADE, HEAT was MANUALLY turned up several degrees, making the room uncomfortable, telling us (we were here to mess with the guest). AND the shower was STILL STUCK!!! Other better hotels for same price within walking distance. GO there!

Comfy bed, good food, pricy parking. Its the Hilton, so clean comfortable, first class. In room dining, parking valet, great place for a small convention. Love the room service as many hotels gave that up after COVID. Very cozy bed, wish the chair in my room was recliner or had an ottoman.
