Was cool but I am really disapoonted with the final price charged…, unacceptable The maittres too soft, they charged $150 extra, I do not understand why…, I accepted a $40 charge due the extra servces…, towels, bikes…, bla bla bla…, but why others $110? Noey, he was an excellent representative. Very helpful and kind. Thank you

Wonderful Beachside Experience Frank and Noe were amazing front desk receptionist. They were very friendly and super caring when it came to my family’s experience. They went above and beyond at every corner. My whole family had a wonderful experience and definitely will come back in the future. Give them a raise

Great experience! Super comfortable beds. The rooftop is great. The distance to the beach is unbeatable, but Erwin itself has everything that you need. It is also close to bars so when their rooftop lounge closes, you have other options. The rooms are really wonderful and the staff is very helpful.

Best stay on Venice Beach Great stay here and will return. Staff is amazing, food delicious and on the beach. Couldn't ask for anything better:) Rooftop restaurant was our favorite part. Watched the sunset and had a delicious meal:) Plus a short walk to a grocery and the beach!

A special shoutout to Frank at the front desk — he went above and beyond for us, upgrading us to a stunning suite that absolutely took our breath away. The room was spacious, stylish, and had the most gorgeous views — it truly made our time in Santa Monica feel extra special. The energy of the hotel is fun, beachy, and effortlessly cool. Everything from the decor to the little details made us feel like we were on the ultimate coastal getaway. We’ll absolutely be back and will be recommending Hotel Erwin to everyone we know.
