Not Clean Room had big sticky spot near on carpet. Iron was unusable. Refrigerator was wobbly and had no freezer. Elevator call buttons worked only if you hit them hard. Stairs only available at the hallway ends and not near the elevator. Staff area /Laundry door near elevator was always open.

Affordable Hotel This hotel is somewhat dated but is very clean and affordable. The rooms are more spacious than most and the breakfast was acceptable. Pool area is small and it is not heated but the lounge chairs were comfortable.

Pleasant surprise! Needed to get off the highway due to impending severe weather and landed at this exit. I do not regret this choice. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, easy access to interstate and to my pleasant surprise to top things off, it’s walking distance to the outlet mall and I found a perfect Coach purse.

It wasn't that bad. At least not for just one night. Okay ... This hotel certainly isn't perfect. The managers/staff are the first to tell you that it needs the renovation that is scheduled in the near(?) future. It's pretty obvious that the previous owners drained all of the cash out of the property before selling it. Some buddies and I were in Vero Beach for a slot car race at the raceway in the Vero Beach Outlet Mall needed four rooms for the night before the race. Since three of us are retired guys the fact that the SureStay was about $40 per room less expensive than the other hotel nearby ... we decided to give it a chance. You know ... it wasn't bad. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the water was hot, and the AC was almost too cold. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was better than many other free breakfasts. We were warned that there was a family reunion in the hotel and that there might be some noise up to about 10pm. The hotel staff was true to their word. By 10:15 I couldn't hear a peep ... other than the typical hallway chatter that occurs at every hotel. Yes ... the hotel is tired. And not having a separate elevator for housekeeping is less than ideal. However, for one night - and saving $40 - I don't regret staying there. (But, I'm not sure I'd stay there for a week. ;) )

Family in hospital, needed to stay Dirty, garbage left for days in hallway, stairwell and outside. Staff ‘s kids all over. Keys to new guests were give to our room. Staff eating during guest breakfast time. Housekeeping staff holding up the elevator as you can hear them chatting on another floor. Will not return
