Very good hotel a bit out of the city center. About 2 km from city center. This is only one problem. Good level hotel with good breakfast. Clean. Professional staff. Very good when you travel with car or use the taxi. And the city... You need to see this city !

Really nice hotel! The rooms were clean and nice, the service in reception was great(and most of them spoke English), and breakfast was really nice. I agree with the other reviews that the hotel is in a bad location, however, it was a star trip, and it wasn't a real problem for us. If you are looking for really good dinners, you can go 4 minutes to Roadhouse, where you can find amazing food, with great service. And if you are looking for a nice pub, you can go to the Cirkus pub which is 5 minutes by walk. The WiFi sometimes doesn't work, and you have it only in lobby, so just ask the reception to reset the router, they are really nice.

Not the Hotel to Stay at if Wanting to be in the City Center We drove through the Dolomites and headed toward the city only to be rerouted to the outskirts of town. We were not happy with the location and back towards the city center. The roads leading to Old Town were dingy and not inviting. We figured it was a 20-30 minute walk considering it took 15 minutes by car to arrive at the park next to the train station, which is located outside of the city walls. Luckily, our car rental company recommended a hotel right down the road, Hotel Campo Marzio. The staff was great, our room was comfortable and clean and the location was perfect. It is right outside of the city walls so you can easily walk everywhere. I highly recommend not staying at Hotel Europa and find something closer to the city walls unless you have a car. If you have a car, parking is difficult.

Mixed feelings The hotel is good located if you want to visit the exhibition buildings in Vizenca. Only 1 km, with a free 10 min shuttle service from the hotel. Around the hotel is nothing. It is in the middle of nowhere. Nice is that every day they have from 18:30 a free happy hour with nice drinks and snacks. The rooms are small. WiFi was not working. We had a room were the airco went on and off every minute, so we had two terrible nights. First we could not switch it on, later we could not switch it off. The bathroom was smelling

No sound-proofing I am writing this from a room in the hotel, and I can hear absolutely everything in the next room. All the coughs, the telephone calls....there seems to be no sound-proofing at all. So if that matters to you, I would not stay here.
