Goodbye, Old Favorite We've been staying at The Harbour Towers for 15 years or so, coming from Port Angeles, Wa on the ferry that crosses the Straight daily. My daughter had her wedding reception there in 2002, and we got hooked. We loved the service, the spectacular views, and the Canadian love. We tried and enjoyed several other hotels, but always loved this one best. Alas, the owner corporation has decided to turn the Harbour into apartments. The rental rate in Victoria is below 1%, so we can understand it, but we are very sad to see it go. We usually ate at their restaurant, Vic's, at least once every trip, sometimes with spectacular food, other times just average, but always with friendly service. We will look at her with nostalgia on our upcoming visits, and were happy to be there for the last weekend as a hotel.

Ole Faithful I've attended the RV Marathon for the last 10 years and for all but one year have stayed at Harbour Towers. I love the location and Hotel staff. The hotel may be aging a bit, but beds are great with comfortable bedding. The King suits are a nice size with ample room for two. Great location to begin your harbour walks to downtown.

Informaton Update...... As of November 22, 2017 The Harbour Towers has closed down as a Hotel to be renovated into apartments for rent. It was an icon in Victoria for many years and a lot of the staff were very long term employee's. One of the bartenders was there for over 31 years

Close to Ferry The room was good for us, nice and close to the Blackball Ferry terminal in downtown Victoria. It is a bit out dated but for a night it was good. Best price in area for this level of room. Excellent for walking to restaurants and to the downtown attractions.

Great hotel, location, staff, rooms-all excellent! Comfortable clean rooms in a hotel with great staff in a perfect location! Will miss this place very much when it closes! Any recommendations? I particularly love staying in the James Bay area and can walk downtown easily for anything! Plus the walk along the ocean shore is lovely!!
