Comfort meets convenience but watch out for surprise charges I recently stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton Tysons Corner and had a mixed experience. There were some highlights, but a few key issues left me feeling frustrated. Pros: • Convenient Location: The hotel is conveniently located near great dining options, making it easy to grab a meal without much effort. • Affordability: For the amenities provided, the stay was affordable compared to other options in the area. • Free Breakfast: The made-to-order breakfast was a standout feature. It was included in the stay and offered a variety of fresh, hot options. • Happy Hour Perks: Guests receive two complimentary drinks during happy hour, which was a nice touch after a long day. Cons: • Outdated Rooms: The hotel could use some updating. Fixtures in the room were loose or falling off, which made the space feel a bit run-down. • Unnecessary Charges: I was automatically charged for parking, even though I did not have a car during my stay. Additionally, I was charged for a late check-out I never requested. I did bring these issues to the hotel’s attention, and they reversed the charges, but it was an inconvenience that could have been avoided. • Lack of Airport Shuttle: The hotel no longer offers an airport shuttle due to COVID-19, which was not clearly communicated prior to my reservation. This meant I had to pay $40-$80 for a rideshare each way to and from the airport, significantly increasing my total travel expenses. Overall Impression: The location, breakfast, and happy hour perks make this hotel appealing for travelers looking for convenience and affordability. However, the outdated rooms, unexpected charges, and the lack of an airport shuttle may be deal-breakers for some. While the hotel did correct the billing issues, it would be helpful if these policies were made clearer upfront. If you’re traveling light and don’t mind a bit of inconvenience, it’s a decent option—but be prepared for unexpected expenses.

Exceptional Service, Great Value, and Seamless Stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Tysons Corner Embassy Suites Hilton in Tysons is consistently outstanding in every way, from impeccable service to competitive pricing and room availability. The staff goes above and beyond to make our team feel welcome, with special recognition to Rodrigo Andujar and Christine Jekins, who ensure that all our needs are met with professionalism and care. Our company frequently books between 1 to 20 rooms for stays ranging from 1 to 5 days, and despite sometimes booking last-minute, the hotel staff never fails to accommodate us. The pricing is always reasonable, and we thoroughly enjoy the range of amenities offered. The hotel's proximity to our office, located right next door, makes it extremely convenient for our employees. We highly recommend Embassy Suites Hilton Tysons for anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure.

Great Service! I had a lovely stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Tysons Corner. The spacious suites were a great retreat after a long day, and the separate living area added a nice touch of comfort. The staff was friendly and attentive, always eager to assist with any requests. The breakfast buffet was delicious and well-stocked, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. I also appreciated the evening reception with complimentary drinks and snacks, which was a nice way to unwind. The location is convenient, close to the metro and shopping, making it easy to explore the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant and relaxing stay!

Would never spend another night here again I am deeply disappointed with my recent stay at the Embassy Suites in Tysons Corner. I paid a significant amount of money expecting a peaceful, comfortable experience, but that was far from the reality. Unfortunately, the hotel was hosting a large group for what appeared to be a sports tournament. While I understand that groups like these may be part of a hotel’s business, there was no effort made to manage the noise or ensure a restful environment for other guests. Despite it being well past quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, the children were running around, yelling, and making noise, while the parents did nothing to control them. The lobby was still loud and boisterous well after quiet hours ended, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. What’s even more frustrating is that the hotel staff seemed to make no effort to address the noise or enforce the quiet hours. Given how much I paid for this stay, I expected much more from both the hotel management and the service. This was an incredibly disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here if you’re looking for a restful and enjoyable stay.
