Amazing Front Desk I went to my good friends wedding and we stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Vineland. We had such an amazing experience thanks to the front desk woman Britney! She was so sweet and patient. We got pretty loud in the lobby a few times but she put up with us. She was extremely helpful when one of my friends lost her phone. She helped us look for it and called it till we were thankfully able to find it! I’ve stayed here a few times with not so great experiences. But I just had to say that this time was a world of difference. Thank you Britney for everything, you deserve a raise!

Dark and smelly but if have to would come back.. only one around Bathroom floor is filthy or permanently stained.   Too afraid to look further.  Sanitized everything. Just a couple of the wipes turned black.   Room and hotel way too dark and dreary.   Not updated at all.    Pieces may have been updated, but not everything.  Our room 510 had a bad smell, needed to use a lot of Lysol spray.  Toilet seat seemed newer.   Tub no shower. Desk chair is that fake leather, edges are torn and worn away.   Otherwise comfortable.  Ac goes only as low as 60....thank goodness!!!!!   Didn't take pictures because pictures on site show what it looks like . Front desk Jackie wasn't very welcoming.   The other front desk girl picked up the slack for her and interjected when necessary. She was definitely more friendlier.   I had asked for 6 extra towels and Jackie said ha we have a shortage of towels and you want more than the 4 already in your room???   If I asked for it, it is because I know what's in the room and you don't know why I need extra.... I thought that was rude.   I had to ask for the honors water, the other friendlier girl asked me yes, how many would you like.   Again friendlier.   Come to the room.   TWO towels. Hmm wonder what happened to the other two I was supposed to have.   I just don't like the darker atmosphere and furniture and rugs and low lighting.    It always skeeves me out.   So far bed seems comfy.  This Hampton sheets also has short sheets and short pillow cases where the pillows are not covered.    UPDATE. AC ON 60 turned off all throughout the night, where the smell came back.   And felt like the heat came on.   Terrible night sleeping due to being overheated.  Shower pressure low.  Tub had a feeling of emptiness underneath.  Hole in center of tub, and water pools in this dip so standing on the sides of tub.  NO HAIR CONDITIONER bottle at all.    Just shampoo and bath .    Bed was somewhat comfortable. Did have to reposition all night but ok.  Breakfast is the standard Hampton breakfast.    Woman who set it up opened it 2 minutes before 6 am.  That was nice for me a several others.   She was all alone at 6 with what seemed like a sold out hotel.   Left by 630 and already a lot of people.    Coffee no DARK coffee only light decaf and hot water.   In both places.  Checked out early and the woman at front desk very friendly.   If I have to come back in the area, due to Hilton honors (no other choice) I would come back even tho.    Lots of pets here as well. This could be the reason for the bad smell.

My stay I stay here often and I just want to mention Jackie at the front desk is AMAZING! The hotel is very relaxing and the walls are thick. Everything is kept clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend for people to stay here. I will be coming back.

A great place to stay.............. The value the location the cleanliness the service. I spent 30 days at the Hampton Inn Vineland N.J. The location was great the rooms where clean and the staff from the front desk to the pool are incredibly helpful. The Manager of the Hampton was generous with his time and advice. ............. Thank's for making my visit a pleasant stay.. P.S. The breakfast that they offer is incredibly delicious the girl who runs that department gives a beautiful presentation and there to help you.

Great stay and Jacqueline helped big time The stay was very pleasant. The staff was really great. Especially Jacqueline she helped us out on a reservation. She made our stay at the hotel great. Will be back soon. The bed was very comfy. The room was very clean. There was many restaurants near by. Great location
