Zero help with left watch I left my Apple Watch in Room 417 one week ago and I have called every day to try to get someone to please help me and they keep taking my information for the manager to call me, who never does, and the front desk says there is “nothing they can do.” They have confirmed they have my watch but no one will help me. The front desk says they have no idea how to help and that it has to be the manager and they “can’t promise she will call me” and they don’t know when she will be in. I can’t believe there has been absolutely zero call back and zero assistance. I have called 8 times. Absolutely ridiculous.

An Unclean Place Where I Should Not Have Laid My Head My experience was horrible. I asked for fresh towels. The lady on the phone said that they didn't have any towels. So if I wanted clean towels, I need to bring my dirty ones for an exchange. Needless to say, this conversation did not go well. Housekeeping was not available to clean our room. Soap was not available on my first night stay. My second night, I requested soap and tissue. The lady in charge of the breakfast area did not wear gloves during handling of food. She was doing a multiple of tasks. My worst experience was my encounter with O. Allsbrook. My advise is to avoid the place. It is not worth the stress.

Worse hotel experience ever. We reserved 3 rooms, and all had problems. Room 1 - The cabinets in the room were missing hardware, when a towel was taken from the shelf, a marijuana cigarette fell out and there were 2 towels for 5 people. Room 2 - The floor in the bathroom was so sticky a towel had to be put on the floor, there was a used soap bar in the shower and one of the TVs did not work (the wires going to the box were broken). Room 3 – There were no washcloths, one of the TVs did not work and the bathroom sink would not drain and there was dirty water in the sink. We accidentally left one of our grandchild's monogrammed Yeti in the breakfast area. An employee at the front desk saw it and said it was on the shelf above the trash can. When we asked the lady in the breakfast area about it she said she saw it and threw it away. Really???? Who throws away a monogrammed Yeti instead of taking it to the front desk as lost and found? You can draw your own conclusions. Although they comped us one night for two of the rooms, we do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We spend a lot of nights in Hilton hotels and this was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in and we recommend anyone coming to Virginia Beach, VA to never stay at this hotel - the Homewood Suites by Hilton – Virginia Beach Norfolk Airport, VA. The only good thing about this hotel was the maintenance lady and the front desk ladies. They were very helpful.

First sub-par Hilton ever encountered. Stay someplace else. The worst Hilton Honors hotel I've ever encountered, was the consensus of the more than 30 members of our family reunion group, who had met at Homewood Suites in Maryland, and North Carolina in the past. At more than $300+ per night, this hotel was subpar to say the least. None of the booked rooms were available for check-in before 3PM although checkout at the hotel is 11AM. The 2 bdrm suite I occupied with my sister was roomy and clean, but several calls/trips to the front desk were needed to get the TVs and phones repaired or installed, a coffeemaker, facecloths, and ice bucket and trashcan liners. Family members in other rooms had similar and worse experiences, including unpainted spackled wall patches, splattered blood stains on walls and carpet, missing sofa bed mattress, crumpled bed linen, covers and curtains, a refrigerator door that wouldn't close, and an unremovable smell. The front desk attendant expressed annoyance because of the frequent complaints and requests for services and accommodations. The breakfast staff was friendly and accommodating, but options were limited, especially since the hotel decided to no longer support any options needing syrup, including a waffle maker. The coffee was always piping hot!
