Worst hotel ever!! I Please whatever you do DO NOT STAY HERE!!We spent 2 miserable nights at this hotel. Right from the start we should have left. The hotel from top to bottom was disgusting. Filthy rugs throughout the hotel. The elevator was scary and barely worked. The pool was filthy and the outside was depressing and run down. The hotel itself is outdated and broken down . Our room was dirty ..blood stained sheets ,gum on the headboard,just filthy . A mattress cover was used for a blanket. Thank god we found a better hotel down the road and checked out early. The Marriott VB oceanfront was an oasis and saved our trip. But we will never return to Virginia Beach ever .

Worst Sheraton hotel ever! Dirty, dysfunctional, not maintained Worst Sheraton hotel ever. I should watch other review, ruin my vacation. 1) wait three hour to get the room key, way pass check in time 2) room is so dirty be stinky, never seen a Sheraton hotel this dirty. 3) the air condition in the room make terrible noise , impossible to sleep 4) no chair and shade on the beach , no service 5) water in the pool is cloudy, looks very dirty 6) no valet parking 7) air condition in the restaurant area completely broken, eat breakfast at 85F 8) power outlet in the room has no cover , all wore exposed, if you have child be careful! 9 ) cloth sofa in the room is so dirty, greasy. I believe the original color is light green, now is black. Terrible experience overall.

Awful, just disgusting Our room was a "Cabana" room ~$450 a night. The room was dirty, rug, bedding, tables. Used wash clothes still in our room. Clothes hanging bar was rusted, sprinler heads rusted, freezer was solid ice and refrig not cleaned. No hot water at 6:00 am in the morning. Elevator was broken, needed to hoof it to 11th floor. Outside grill was poorly staffed and many items not available. Pool area looked just yucky, wouldn't even go near the water. I will say the staff at check in and the luggage many were very, very pleasant. They were the ONLY redeeming or acceptable quality about his DUMP. Don't waste your money it is just awful. We were only there one night, thank goodness.

The most disgusting stay of my life This was quite possibly the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms were FILTHY. Our first room had food-stained bed sheets and carpets were not clean. Remnants of confetti all over the floor along with piles and piles of dirt and dust between the beds. After a room change was requested, our new room had sticky counters, a dirty fridge, and dust for days on all lamps and frames in the room.worst of all, more stained bed sheets. This time, mold and blood stains. Requested for someone to come change the bed sheets for the second time, and the front desk manager On duty told me it was the housekeeping director’s job, and said she couldn’t come take care of me since she was on a call. I called again and she appeared frustrated on the phone claiming that the housekeeping director will come. Nobody ever came. After dinner I stopped by the front desk, they had both gone home (hopefully to clean bed sheets) The bed sheets remained dirty and we had to use the other bed. The pool water was murky, extremely warm, full of bugs, and green. There was a moldy ring around all bathroom drains. Just awful service and worst of all was the lack of concern or regard for the disgusting condition of the rooms. Something is terribly wrong here. While other hotels are taking extra sanitary precautions due to Covid, this hotel isn’t even washing/changing bed sheets or performing a normal cleaning of the rooms. Appalling and disturbing.

Urine stained mattresses Bed & pull out sofa If I could give them a zero I would. King size bed sheets were dirty, pulled back the sheets used tissue in the bed, pulled off sheets and mattress was full of urine stained mattress. I almost puked. Manager was in my room at the time because there were other issues and he gasped. Then proceeded to tell that there was nothing he could do for us they were sold out!! We had to go to another hotel at midnight because they had no rooms and, no clean mattresses. Well don't stay in room 329!! Disgusting room, horrible customer service!! NEVER EVER STAY HERE!! Also the pull out sofa was also urine stained
