Very comfortable stay but you will have to drive to restaurants. Pros: Very clean and new. Room was generous size and very comfortable. Staff is super friendly and efficient. Nice fitness center. Usual Hampton Inn breakfast. Well stocked market. Parking is ample and free. A/C in room worked great even on a super hot day. Cons. This hotel is not within walking distance of any restaurants or the main part of town - you will have to drive or get a cab to go into town. As it is a wine town, it would be nice if the rooms had wine glasses or they were available to purchase.

Great Hotel, Great Location, Great Staff! This Hampton Inn & Suites is well above most. A perfect 5 rating! From coast to coast, we can average 90 to 100 Hilton Brand nights a year. The staff here are amazing. From Dylan checking on us with a pre-arrival welcome "reach out", to Ariana checking us in and Gabe taking care of us in the evening, they delivered Service Excellence! Clean lobby and grounds. Clean rooms with extra supplies. The Pantry (lobby novelty store) was well stocked with a great variety of items including local wines. Breakfast was wonderful and even had the ToGo Bags out.

Lost and never found My husband and I spent one night at the hotel during Mother’s Day weekend. While watching a movie, my husband noticed that my necklace (a choker) was still around my neck. He gently removed it and placed it on the side table. After checking out late in the afternoon on May 12th, I called the hotel to report my lost necklace. The lady who answered the phone informed me that they were busy and asked me to call back the next day. When I followed up the next day, I was told that the housekeeper wouldn’t return until Wednesday, May 15th. Despite making numerous phone calls, I had no success in retrieving my necklace. It’s disheartening to think that if you forget something at this hotel, it’s as good as gone. This experience raises questions about either poor management when handling lost items or dishonest housekeeping practices. As loyal Hilton members, we expected better service. Unfortunately, this incident left us feeling very disappointed.

Great place to stay! Office staff was welcoming and helpful. We needed a handicapped room, and they had one with a roll-in shower. Room was spacious, comfortable, and had a sufficient number of plug-ins for electronics and CPAPs. Breakfast was amazing! From egg frittatas, bacon, & fried potatoes to waffles, oatmeal, cold cereal and fruit. My compliments to Victoria!

431 Room didn’t have hot water. Took over 5 min to get to the room and turned cold after few min. Took the front end 45-60 min to come up and check it out due to maintenance not being able to come in. Fridge in room also didn’t get cold enough. Food was warm in the am.
