Excellent Almost perfect! Very clean, attentive staff, great hot breakfast with different menu each day. Only a couple minor complaints- shower temperature difficult to adjust, a dresser drawer had a loose handle due to a stripped screw, occasional barking dog from another room. Also, great location for hockey tournament in Northford, CT.

Solid choice for a quick overnight stay. Standard Homewood Suites experience. It's nice to have room to spread out in. Even our king bed studio room was spacious. Just did a quick overnight on a long road trip, but appreciated having a kitchen sink to wash out a few dishes and our travel coffee cups. The front desk staff were friendly and cheerful as we checked in. The manager provided dishwashing liquid when I asked. We were comfortable here and had everything we needed. Breakfast was just fine.

Terrible experience. Becareful if you have a service dog. I was wrongly charged a pet fee for a service dog despite showing proof. The rooom was filthy. The sheets were full pf pubic hair. When I complained they gave me sheets and told me the housekeeper left (It was 5pm). There was garbage all over the room from the previous guests. The place is relatively safe and well lit. They lock the doors at night.

Nice Stay but No Housekeeping Service Short, 2-night stay for a family event in the area. Checked in Friday evening and went to our room to find a very noisy group of youngsters, part of a traveling hockey team, in the room next door. I returned to the desk and Kayden took care of us with an upgrade to a room on a quieter floor, away from the noise. Thank you! Breakfast at this location is ho-hum, definitely not what it was pre-COVID. Fewer selections and the same hot entrees every day. But my biggest gripe is the lack of housekeeping services for short stays. Apparently they’re only servicing rooms every second day so if you’re only staying two nights you don’t get any service. This is not what one would expect from a so-called full-service hotel and it will definitely affect my choice of where to stay next time we’re in the Wallingford area.
