worst hotel do not stay there . Horrible. Rooms reeked of cigarettes; the furniture needs replacement. The guest chair was ragged and dirty. . UGH

Mildew smell Be careful when staying here my room smelled like mildew. Front desk staff was talking to each other while checking me in and had an unpleasant attitude. Breakfast was served but I was unaware because I wasn’t told. Be advised

Not a safe hotel These owners want to get people killed. Their key machine is spitting out master keys and this is upsetting. My wife and I asked for a refund today when I realized my key opened multiple rooms. This is scary. This is not a safe hotel - stay clear.

Awful It was awful, I made a reservation online have confirmation and when we got there from a 9hr drive at 11pm .. I was told all sold out even with confirmed reservation. I lady was rude with telling me she had nothing. I was decent and told her we got an online special and was not going anywhere else. I've been in the hotel industry and know you always have a backup. She proceeded to tell me the rooms she had I was not going to be happy with as they were in bad shape. After about 15mins back and forth on telling her we were tired and needed a room could she get a decent room for us. She finally found one she claims was ready. Handed us a key and we went to the room. A few missing thing but we just needed it to rest as we were heading the next day to North Carolina for our grandsons graduation. Outside the hotel were twickers and attics, night walkers and handouts. Did not feel safe at all. I would have thought with a Wyndham label, quality and care are first priority. I was totally taken by surprise and shocked. The lady had all front teeth missing. Not that, that's a big deal but wow. I'm so disappointed. Upon checking out, the lady was dressed like she had come back from an outdoor event. Torn jeans and white mens t-shirt also missing several front teeth. I'm all about customer service and dignity for our company. I'm a manager and run our office with pride. I really do hope you organize this property. Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from someone.
