Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Waltham

No dont do it I wish I could rate this less than one star but the person who checked us out when we were leaving and printed me a final bill was excellent. We get in and the room was ready early but it was disgusting, I complained and they said they could do nothing for us and wouldn't change our room. I am assuming they were sold out. We were a family of four but they only had two bath towels for us. We requested more and the person was nice but it took two hours to get them to us. Wires were just hanging out from the walls I posted a picture. The bed sheet was too small and kept coming off the bed in the middle of the night I think they put a queen sheet on a king bed. Unknown substance on the bathroom wall was nasty Unknown substance on the desk chair was disturbing looked like poop The living room chair was ripped and looked like they tried to stich it closed. The floor was just dirty looked like they did not vacuum Pool was nice but the goldfish crackers all over the pool deck from the night before were not when my kids stepped in them. Someone disgusting before us left a nice surprise in the pool bathroom and de ided not to flush. I know the pool is not maintained or cleaned as it should be because when we went back to the pool the next day the surprise in the pool toilet was still present and goldfish crackers still on the floor. I didn't have my phone or I would have taken pictures. The breakfast area was large but very overcrowded and they would not let us take plates back up to our room and expected us to wait for a table then to only have ripped chairs available. This hotel is going down in quality and I would not recommend staying here

Friendly staff and the location is very convenient. The location was convenient, easy on and off access to I-95 and other major roads. The hot breakfast was also bountiful.

Very good hotel and service. Breakfast was amazing, specially the omelett area, and room was very comfty. Location was good and personnel was very helpful.

Wonderful place to stay We are needing to travel often for medical appointments. The beds at this Embassy are absolutely wonderful, the mattress, the pillows the bedding. But the main thing is that we appreciate the layout of the suite: the "sitting room" is closest to the hall, and the bedroom is farthest - so if there is any hallwy noise, it doesn't bother our sleep. Also, the location of the bathroom is such that when one person needs to use it in the night, it doesn't wake the other person. The free breakfast is excellent, too, with omlets made to order in addition tonthe usual scarmbled eggs, pottoes, sausage, breads of various kinds and cereals, including oatmeal.

Excellent Hotel The front desk reception was friendly and acknowledged that I was a Hilton honors member. They offered us cold water after a long travel. When we got to the room, we found it very clean and organized. We asked for extra pillows and they were brought up immediately. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic.
