GROSS ROOM! I’ve stayed at Embassy Suites before, but this particular hotel has made me never want to stay at one again. My room was gross . . . I usually enjoy natural sunlight but the black filth running along the window sill prevented me from pushing back the curtains. I showed the picture to the front desk and asked her to let management know, but there wasn’t any managers around in the 3 days I was there. Always just ONE overworked person at the front desk. She thought it looked like mold and sent a cleaning person while we were in the room relaxing and I had to decline as we needed to rest up. We were leaving the next day so why bother on Day 3? I let the front desk know earlier in my stay that I thought the room was disgusting and didn’t receive any offer to move us then. You should do deep dive cleaning BEFORE you hand someone the key. I just kept the window curtains closed so I wouldn’t be reminded of the filth. I couldn’t imagine a pristine room in the entire hotel after seeing the stains in the sleeping room, front curtains in the living room and on the bathtub floor (see pics included). I made the mistake of booking a non-refundable rate so they had me for the duration of my stay. I’ve booked non -refundable rates at Marriott properties and never regretted the savings ever. This hotel will be a lessons learned for me. The hotel staff is the only reason I gave them a single star rather than none at all. Every staff member I interacted with was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful . . . the only silver lining to this hotel stay.

I expected more The hotel was easy to find and had plenty of parking available. The revolving door does not function very well and slows down considerably when trying to walk through, I would recommend using the regular doors. Check in was extremely slow. The clerk was very efficient and pleasant but he could have used some help. The process was slowed down by a large party checking on (15 plus rooms with lots of kids running around). There was another staff member offering water to some in line but no one to actually help check other patrons in. The snacks for happy hour were not replenished frequently and with the large crowds checking in the bowls were empty. So despite being told not to miss them by the staff member offering water, we missed them because there weren't any available. Our room was comfortable and very quiet. I enjoyed the extra space with having a living room and a bedroom. There were two tv's but only one remote. The remote did work for both tv's but its hard to share if we wanted to have both tv's on. We stayed two nights and the room was serviced while we were out. The servicing seemed to be emptying the garbage and removing the used towels. We returned from a hot day outside and I wanted to shower before we headed out to dinner. We only had a short amount of time but when they took our used towels, even though they were hung up, housekeeping did not replace them. I went down to the front desk and requested towels. After 45 minutes my sister when down again and requested them because we were running out of time. Supposedly the towels were in the dryer but she insisted and she came back with brand new towels in plastic bags. Breakfast was okay. If you like fresh made omelets you will love it but the other choices were very minimal and I just was not impressed with the selection. Overall, the room was good (and very quiet - a big plus) but the service was lacking.

Average Omelettes are awesome the rest of the breakfast just ok. Powdered eggs Chicken sausage no bacon dry home fries dry and the beds are not very comfortable the hotel seem very clean. We came with our Drum Corp. We come every year. All in all it was just an average stay

Filthy Hotel is filthy-definitely not a Conrad approved hotel. Breakfast is provided for the hotel guests as well as the church congregation that attends over the weekend. No food left for the hotel guests. It is obvious that the owner operator is not involved in the day to day operations of running this hotel.

Overnight in the greater Boston area Bar / Restaurant was excellent. The bartenders were great and Malika the director was super friendly. Quick overnight stay for business...the check-in was earlier than normal but they had rooms to accommodate our team. Highly recommend if staying in the greater Boston area.
