Never Coming Back to this Location the AC did not work on first room they gave me and when I found out about it and called at 3am, they told me engineering comed in at 7am. Turns out he came it a little pass 8am and I was not switched to a new room until next day. The door keys don't appear to work. You have to try multiple times until it works. I was tryng to rush into restroom and keys kept giving me issues to enter. The steam iron did not work properly as it leaked water all ovef my clothes. Las but not least my wallet went missing with $600 and credit cards. I had to file a police report. My room was entered and cleaned without my authorization.

Nice hotel but inconvenient for walking Nice, comfortable hotel. Great Westin “heavenly bed.” Very friendly and attentive restaurant staff and excellent breakfast buffet. Overall good service from the front desk staff. The only downside is the location if you do not have a car. It is not really walkable to anything. Also, since it’s hard to get to local shops, it would be nice if the hotel had a shop for toiletries, drinks and grab and go snacks. Even a little marketplace like most Courtyards have would be helpful.

Nice hotel but ask for a room far from the bar The hotel is fine. But the bar can become really loud during days when the hotel is full for a convention and if you're staying in the rooms that are right above it, it feels your still inside the bar. I had to ask to move to a different room because the noise was unbearable even at 10:30PM

Needs Work, More Updating! This was the first time I have actually stayed at this hotel. I’ve been there for functions but never stayed. Yes, the entrance area has been updated. The rooms have been somewhat “refurbished”, bathrooms still need work. They literally shined an old penny here. The building looks very appealing as you are driving on the highway past it. So I would give it higher marks on curb appeal. First night we needed to change our room because of smell coming from bathroom. The front desk was very helpful and apologetic. We went to the lounge area for a drink and honestly we taken aback when we got our bill…$19 for a plain mixed drink - no top shelf liquor just a rum and Diet Coke…wow! Like being at a nice high end resort hotel in Boston or on an island! Buyer be ware! We had breakfast package but buffet seems to be about $25-$$30 pp, nothing special about it. They definitely need to work on the restaurant. We opted to park our car in a side parking lot as the garage was honestly in rough condition. I am a loyal Marriott member and was disappointed in this one! We did love the “heavenly bed” which was the highlight of this stay. Maybe someday they will spend some money and make this into a beautiful place to stay.

Great place but charge for basics. Room was nice , comfortable bed, and the extra amenities was a nice touch. The lavender bedtime oil smells amazing and I appreciate the bottle of water. Staff was 7/10. Room was clean and comfortable. Things that could use improvement: pool says open at 6:00 am, we went down twice. At 6:00 am and again at 7:00am ;it was still not open. My daughter was disappointed that she did not get a chance to use the pool. No free breakfast which is provided by even the cheapest hotels. And you have to pay $20 for parking.
