Needs Work, More Updating! This was the first time I have actually stayed at this hotel. I’ve been there for functions but never stayed. Yes, the entrance area has been updated. The rooms have been somewhat “refurbished”, bathrooms still need work. They literally shined an old penny here. The building looks very appealing as you are driving on the highway past it. So I would give it higher marks on curb appeal. First night we needed to change our room because of smell coming from bathroom. The front desk was very helpful and apologetic. We went to the lounge area for a drink and honestly we taken aback when we got our bill…$19 for a plain mixed drink - no top shelf liquor just a rum and Diet Coke…wow! Like being at a nice high end resort hotel in Boston or on an island! Buyer be ware! We had breakfast package but buffet seems to be about $25-$$30 pp, nothing special about it. They definitely need to work on the restaurant. We opted to park our car in a side parking lot as the garage was honestly in rough condition. I am a loyal Marriott member and was disappointed in this one! We did love the “heavenly bed” which was the highlight of this stay. Maybe someday they will spend some money and make this into a beautiful place to stay.

Great place but charge for basics. Room was nice , comfortable bed, and the extra amenities was a nice touch. The lavender bedtime oil smells amazing and I appreciate the bottle of water. Staff was 7/10. Room was clean and comfortable. Things that could use improvement: pool says open at 6:00 am, we went down twice. At 6:00 am and again at 7:00am ;it was still not open. My daughter was disappointed that she did not get a chance to use the pool. No free breakfast which is provided by even the cheapest hotels. And you have to pay $20 for parking.

Best Breakfast Experience Ever The room was quite comfortable, the cookies and sparkling water in the lobby were a nice treat but the breakfast experience each day was the best. The food was good but what made the experience so wonderful was our server. She greeted us each day with an extremely friendly and welcoming "good morning" and made sure we had a pot of coffee on the table the moment we sat dawn. Her cheerfulness was an absolutely delightful way to begin each day of our stay.

Very tired hotel. The Westin Hotel has gone downhill significantly over the years. Our latest stay showed us not only how dated and worn the hotel is. We stayed there for two nights in a suite. The room was ok, but the bathroom was so poorly configured, that two people could not be in there at once. If somebody was sitting on the toilet, the bathroom door swings open directly into their knees. Making matters worse, this week they cut services to the restaurant which has guests infuriated. The morning buffet has been removed entirely, replaced strictly with table service. The overpriced menu aside, the restaurant only had one waitress for 60 guests. The kitchen similarly was woefully understaffed. when I asked the manager about this change, all he could do with shrug his shoulders. We likely will not be staying at the Westin Hotel again.

Water damage? The hotel lobby and restaurant must have had water damage there are dehumidifiers and fans plugged in everywhere - signs say being refurbished. The entryway area floor is very dirty rock salt or maybe some other white drywall material all over. The ice maker on our floor is not working.
