Truly southern hospitality Loved Keiaundria at check in. She was very helpful and treated us with true southern hospitality. Neisa helped us with other comfort items. We enjoyed being treated like family! Lots of choices of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the indoor pool.

Excellent Stay! We just did one night over the 4th. The lady at the front desk greeted us with a smile from the beginning to the end--answering local questions we had as well. Though we were only there 1 night we used the pool, workout room, and laundry room--all were clean with no issues. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. If anyone in the area was shooting off fireworks you could not hear them from inside. The breakfast choices at the Bistro were great as well--and like everyone else from the hotel we came in contact with--we were greeted with a friendly smile. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay here.

Excellent Room was clean and quiet Internet was fast. Staff was absolutely outstanding. Highly recommend. Needed help with transportation and front desk staff very accommodating. Decided to stay another night. Will return.

Improvement is possible! I'm updating this review adding two stars, and some framing comments. The stay details captured below still hold. "Meh. Stayed here twice in the last 45 days. Sorry I booked it the second time (Only did so because team mates were already staying there.) December trip was notable because the same long black hair that greeted me on the bathroom floor on arrival was there the next afternoon after the maid(s) visited. Found out last weekend that they "don't clean rooms during a stay," apparently not even after themselves. Also found out that if you ask for the TV to be serviced, they won't. In fact they apparently don't have batteries for the TV remotes. They also don't have proper replacement for expected i room hygiene items like shampoo. Worst of all is they are not proactive in communicating any of this. Nor does management (onsite and corporate care about feedback from guests who've had a bad experience." Since writing this management reached out with a pretty honest admission of failure, both for stay issues, and delay in reaching out. I believe that the current management is a bit overwhelmed and doing their best in the Covid-19 environment and will grant them the benefit of grace, hoping they improve. Marriott itself has significant Customer Service response issues that hampered the response here, and keep me a Hilton Honors fan. The proprietary franchisee, Peach State Hospitality, also appear to have accountability issues. Nevertheless I would give this property another chance in the future.

Courtyard Warner Robins - a decent stay Courtyard Warner Robins - a decent stay - The Courtyard was clean and the room was nice. It is a Courtyard in the Marriott Brand. I am a Lifetime Titanium Bonvoy Member...I stay in a lot of Marriott properties. Courtyard is my least favorite. That being said it was a decent stay and I would do it again.
