Filthy Filthy. I had to step through garbage to get to registration. The room had food stains on the carpet, curtains, and walls. The refrigerator did not work. The facing of the cabinets were broken of and trash was inside. When I complained to corporate, these people apparently said they had offerred me vip vouchers but that is not true. So on top of this, they lie.

The worst hotel Is the worst hotel that I have seen in my live, dirty, smell and they have in their policy no refund because they know that when people get there they don't gonna like it, I did a reservation and put a protection plan, because the agent told me if I paid for protection plan and I need to cancel I will receive a refund and I canceled the next day after I did the reservation, after that they told me is not refunded and steal my money, I did a reservation for 3 nights and they didn't give me anything back, everything is different as it looks in the website.

Horrible experience overpriced rooms price gouging poor maintenance I reserved a king size bedroom, no smoking, downstairs. for two pets. They give me a $64 price. It was late when we got in. They gave us our room downstairs. We went to it. When I walked in the first thing I noted was smoke filled. It smelt like I walked into a Ashtray. and I don't smoke. I can easily stand some smoke. But this was ridiculous. And one. walking into the bathroom. It looked like the room hadn't been cleaned and had been used., So I'm thinking they made a mistake. So I went to the front desk. and told them. So they gave us a room They had left, they said. But I noticed a lot of empty rooms. It was a large area of motel. They gave us a room upstairs with double beds. That room smelled better and it was warm. But when I laid on the bed, it felt like it had a huge rock under it. There was number. 208. Not enough toilet paper and towels in the room. It is outdated. And we noted some ladies that look like they rented themselves out for the night coming and going. Maybe I'm wrong. OK, but it was snowing, so most the criminal activity, I assume, was inside for the night. I was worried about my truck. The dogs barked twice. My husband passed out tired because we were driving all day. I didn't sleep very good and had a dentist appointment the next day. They didn't take anything off our bill. Lowering it for the double beds because the king bad non smoking was supposed to be 60. 6. Nothing was taken off the bill. Taxes made it 74. The place was really outdated. It the toilet was 12 inches off the floor. I felt like I was in the kindergarten bathroom. And when you're older, 69. That's hard to get up off of. There was no grab bars. The doors were chipped and broken The TV was very small. There was no back on the remote control. You get what you paid for my husband's. said. And always before I leave, I pull the sheets off for the maid. Well, the picture can explain the pee stains on the mattress, and I'm not sure if it's blood stains or ink stains. And I slept on that. There was no pad between the sheet and the mattress. Date of experience: January 27, 2024

Pre and Post Surgery Oct 4th we arrived needing a room for days and were so cared for by Jerry and Amanda. The handicap room was clean, fresh. With my limitations both went above and beyond in helping any way they could. We stayed again two weeks later with the room having a stale smoky scent as I am very sensitive tho the rooms are to be non smoking. This however in a different room the CEO would do well to change out and bury all the old box spring mattresses. The room is spacious, fridge, micro, desk chairs need to be changed out. Any place can have improvements in upkeep as we all know. Price wise met our needs. Interstate is right by the motel for access as the hospital is just couple blocks away. We will stay again yes with the care that Jerry and Amanda tend to. We could have asked for another room yet it was late. We greatly appreciate the passion and how courteous they are. Thank you so very much for going above in serving.

Nicely updated rooms The staff here is top notch and addresses any issues quickly!! The rooms are clean and are being freshly renovated the colors are definitely a brighter touch. Would stay here again! The location makes quick travel to any of your destinations being right at I696 and I75. Plus being pet friendly is hard to find nowadays.
