Budget hotel with good location. Quiet budget hotel. No frills. No issues. The main attraction of the hotel is its low price and the location. Nearby there are plenty of places to eat and shop at. The staff were friendly and left you alone. Rooms were being upgraded during my stay which would be welcomed.

Comfortable stay The hotel was renamed several years ago. Renovations to rooms and exterior. Beds were comfortable and clean as well as bathroom. Staff was nice and friendly. Prices can't be best in the area.and can't be beat. Would stay here again. Long story short, recently stayed. Would recommend to others. Yes,yes,yes.

Do Not Book Here! WARNING***** Do not book this hotel until you are 100% sure you want to stay here. My family was traveling through Ohio and decided we needed to stop somewhere late Saturday evening. We found this hotel online and per the pictures on Priceline and the price we felt it was an ok place to stay for the night. We booked online around 11pm and arrive to the hotel around midnight. Upon arrival we realized we had made a terrible decision. The grounds were not kept up, there were sketchy characters in the parking lot smoking and looking in vehicles, we immediately called the hotel and Priceline to cancel our rooms. Days later we were still charged for the rooms despite the hotel agreeing to allow us to cancel. When we called the hotel to inquire why we were charged the manager, Ginger (who refused to provide her last name stating she was the only Ginger there), told us that we were charged a cancellation fee due to cancelling the rooms after 6 pm. I tried to explain our situation despite her continuous disruptions and refusal to listen and I asked that she make an exception and was told she will never make an exception for anyone who cancelled after 6pm regardless of what time they book the room or the circumstances around why they cancel. I understand policy but I also understand the importance of good customer service. This experience is unique to any I have ever experienced in the service industry and defiantly worth sharing with others to caution others who may be interested in staying at this particular Economy Inn & Suites in Warren, Ohio.

10-08-21 Friday in the afternoon clerk had a bad attitude The clerk on Friday 10-08-21 in the afternoon had a bad attitude. Please see the attached pictures. The parking lot was empty, all that they had available were smoking rooms. I ended up staying at another place. I travel frequently and would advise people to avoid this place.

Vacation Hotel was clearly clean. The housekeeper was friendly and was willing to answered to my needs. The rooms were very clean. The hotel staff was understanding and was helpful. I recommend people staying here.
