Stayed 1 Night Very Challenging Stayed one night passing through to Baltimore. The rate was reasonable and staff friendly. Could not take a shower because the faucet fell from the wall and water gushed from the pipes as soon as we ran the water for the shower. Pillows were not clean. The worst was the room was saturated with cigarette smoke. The hotel was booked to capacity so we were not able to change rooms. All through the night there was a lot of noise from the halls and the room above us of people who sounded like they were having parties. I love Marriott hotels however I cannot recommend this hotel, even for one night. It does not meet the standard of the Marriott name. Noise would be manageable but it is not appropriate to allow the structure and cleanliness of a Marriott hotel to be in this state and expect guests to pay to stay in it.

Labor Day Weekend Mistake I had a room on the 2nd floor, and little did I know, but the rest of the floor was apparently booked to a party of teenagers who were out of control. Called done to get management help at 1:30 AM but to no avail. I would not return to this hotel ever again! Upon checking in was asked to initial document about adhering to quiet hours from 9:00 PM onward. Too bad management does not honor their end of the contract.

Great Place to stay. Super location, near a large shopping mall, many restaurants, and sports complex. Staff was very attentive, as we had a medical emergency wile staying. there. They provided directions to nearest urgent care center, and allowed us to extend our stay due to the emergency. Additional charge was minimal, due to there compassion to our situation. Stayed a total of 9 days.

Fairfield Inn Warren-Niles (Eastwood Mall Complex) located in the Eastwood Mall Complex (Warren-Niles) hotel exterior & interior: clean, well maintained property Front Desk Staff (Day Shift & Night Shift), very friendly & helpful, especially the night shift! Heather on Night Shift (Front Desk) very helpful, polite, courteous etc went above & beyond! room, clean, no issues free breakfast, free wi-fi, free parking, coffee/tea/water in lobby 24-7 hotel is same street as the mall, tons of restaurants in walking & driving distance, lots to see & do in this area definitely staying here again in the future

Well Run The good news is that the renovation problems have been fixed, everything works: WiFi, hot water and TV hookup to expectations.The modernization is one of the nicer ones. The room and hotel in general are very cleanare very clean. The hotel _ is off the Main Street in the newer section of town and tucked into not a green space. I 80 is about one mile away. A thank you to Todd for his welcome and patience with all my questions. We will stop again
