HYATT house Chicago/Naperville/Warrenville

Excellent place to stay A Well-located long-term hotel that houses great Facilities and rooms. We are very big and because we did location of amenities and good access with security I recommend the hired house in Chicago families and anyone going on a long-term business trip

RUN AWAY! This hotel.... wow oh wow... management.. AWFUL! There are "working women" here at the hotel, and who knows what kind of men they bring to the hotel, it cannot be safe. Especially for children. What I believe is the front office manager, was very professional with guests checking in, but as soon as that guest was done, he would go back to be very unprofessional with other guests. I was sitting on the other side of the lobby, so people may not have been able to see me, but he was drinking with guests trying to hide it from the cameras (the bar and front desk area have cameras). I could tell this by the way he was moving when making the drinks. How unprofessional is this! Not to mention, hearing the staff talk about how awful their ownership company is along with how awful their direct manager is, I will never stay here again. I had to go tell my wife to make sure I was not over reacting to everything I was seeing and hearing because having worked in customer service, if the staff is not happy, they will not treat the guests the way we deserve to be treated, and it shows. The rooms were not clean. I found hair and stains on towels and pillows, but worse of all the mice issue. I know it happens, but to be making light of it is not how it should be handled (I overheard the front desk people right before breakfast closed talking about a "Mr. Hyatt". I was making my coffee while trying to figure what they were talking about). I am very upset with my stay here, and while it has been a long while since I have stayed here, I remember all the details and not because it was a good stay. Now, I will say your front desk staff is amazing. They are very personable and helpful. Kayla, Shasta, and Khalif are all amazing and should be compensated for their hard-work. As for the manager.. I would get rid of him. At the very least a demotion until he figures out how to have business only relationships with guests, and nothing personal. This is a place of business and guests should not be having personal relationships with the staff.

Hyatt Place is a home away from home Hyatt is a very nice place to be. Beautiful view, serene environment and lovely breakfast. The kitchen team were very friendly and always willing to meet customer's demand. My stay at Hyatt place was a memorable one. I love it. The entire team were awesome. From the front desk to the kitchen. The room manager also did a wonderful job

Great staff - will stay again I would give it 4.5 . Hotel staff is wonderful. I had an issue with hot water and Edward worked with me to get it resolved. He was pleasant and never made me feel like I was bothering him, even though he was juggling check in's phone calls and making food for others. Hotel is older and carpets are stained but the rooms are clean, bathrooms spotless. Bed and bedding is outstanding. Very comfortable. When in the area for business, I will stay here again.

Great experience The hotel was very clean and well organized. The kitchen has cups and plates to use. Even pans and the breakfast was great with many great selection of food. The pool was also very nice. There are a lot of great restaurants around the area as well. I highly recommend staying here.
