Will not return. Run down and dirty. The hotel doesn’t feel safe, parking lot lighting horrible, door don’t close completely, broken elevators, huge portion of the lobby closed and room looked like someone had taken a hammer to the furniture. The worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in.

Beware! When I arrived, the staff member told me he could not find my reservation. I told him I had already checked in via Hilton Honors. He did not even look at my photo ID. I have an online meeting and really do not want to even touch the desk as it has a sticky substance on it. The floor has not been cleaned. The tub faucet is not flush with the wall. There is no toilet paper holder. I stayed in a Hampton Inn three years ago that makes this dump look like a Ritz-Carlton. It is the worse Hilton property I have ever stayed in. If I were not staying here for only one night and if I were not with my dog, I would have found another hotel, but it isn't always easy to find a pet-friendly hotel at the last minute. Stay away!

Horrible- don’t go here if you still want your car There are poop stains on the chairs, the fan doesn’t work, and my tired got stolen in the parking lot (no security and no cameras. The property management refused to give me the insurance information). The front desk professionals were very nice and extremely accommodating- I hope they find a better place of employment besides this horrible spot that supposedly has 7 owners and none of them even contacted me to discuss what happened. No accommodations or anything was made to make this right.

Not as bad as I thought it would be I feel compelled to write a review based on how poor the reviews are for this place. I won’t lie, I as worried and tried to change my hotel last minute but the options were slim. The hotel is being renovated, so many of the details that the bad reviews mentioned have been addressed. They are renovating floor by floor, so right now floor 3 is completely closed down. Overall, the stay was MUCH better than I expected, and I would come back again. Some points of improvement: 1. Only one front desk worker at a time and the lines were always long. The desk worker constantly had a line and was also trying to answer the phone. Most of the workers were very rude or unfriendly with the exception of Jummy (not sure if I have that right). She is a star and should be training the rest of the staff. Kudos to her. 2. In order to use the pool you need a special key card. That has to be signed out and it’s just a hassle. We have to wait in line for sometimes 15 minutes just to get access to the pool. The card also seems to deactivate when they give someone else a key. It makes no sense why you can’t use your room key like at every other Hilton property. 3. No closet in the room, just a small place on the wall to hang a few shirts. That also meant there was no extra bedding for the sofa bed. That required another trip to the front desk and another long wait in line. 4. Not nearly enough towels in the room. They gave 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths, so I had to go down twice a day to request more to be able to take morning and night showers. 5. No communal seating. They block off the dining area once breakfast is over and there are only 4 chairs in the lobby- but who wants to sit in the lobby next to the line of people?. The patio area off the pool is empty too. lt looks like they previously had chairs/tables and a grill out there, but it’s empty now. We were here 3 nights for a baseball tournament, and there was zero place for the kids to hang out or play games together outside of the room. Like I said, only 4 chairs in the lobby. I’ve never seen a hotel that closed the dining area so you can’t even sit in chairs or at a table. Room air conditioning worked well and the breakfast was well stocked.

Worst hotel EVER This was the absolute WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. It was dirty, fridge was not functional, there were no soap or toiletries, chip crumbs all in the chair, and to top it all off, a MOUSE jumped out in front of me in our room. I tried to tell the front desk staff and they were not helpful at all. No one came to set a trap or anything. I put in complaints to multiple staff who kept saying the manager "wasn't around" so nothing could be done and upon checkout the front desk staff said he was typing up a customer service ticket for it and the manager would follow-up with me soon. I had to call corporate since I never heard from him. They opened an investigation that I just found out was canceled because the staff are claiming that I never told them about the mouse. This place is super shady, dirty, and they are liars. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay here!
