Bedbugs! My daughter had the unfortunate experience of staying here for 2 mos. due to her college dorm being closed. Despite confirming multiple times that there would be a refrigerator and microwave in her room – nothing. Had to purchase both at Wal-Mart. In addition, there was no cabinet or dresser to place her clothes. How could a hotel room have no place to put unpacked clothes? Back to Wal-Mart to buy inexpensive dressers. One week in, she found that her room was infested by bedbugs, we had to push and push to get a mattress replacement. They provided a used, suspect queen size mattress as a replacement for the king size bed frame! When we complained we got a king that we think was the original mattress. Back to Wal-Mart where we had to buy mattress and pillowcase covers and bedbug treatment products which we had to apply on a weekly basis. Early am (e.g., 3am) fire alarms were a frequent occurrence. No judgement and appreciate the need, but many of the guests were homeless that were aggressive at times and made my daughter uncomfortable. Would have been manageable if I was there with my daughter, but her need to avoid some hallways was disconcerting. Early am (e.g., 3am) fire alarms were a frequent occurrence likely due to guests smoking various “products.” The laundry room required coins which are difficult to obtain now. They finally informed guests they had installed a card system. They provided us with the website to purchase this option and after purchasing we found it didn’t work. They acted surprise, acknowledged other guests had problems and said they would “look into it.” Never resolved. Despite an occasional professional response, front desk staff were totally inept and/or very rude. Reconsider booking here.

Great Shuttle service Vincent with the shuttle service, was super enthusiastic and helpful with my bags. It was the beginning of a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean and tidy. Thank you Vincent and the rest of the Wyndham staff.

Will not be staying here again. We stayed here 2/29 because of the convenience to the airport and the shuttle service provided. We had a 6 a.m. flight 3/1. We checked in about 7:30 p.m after we drove by because of no outside lighting. When we checked in we inquired about the shuttle service and it picking us up at the car rental return. That was not a problem. So we brought our luggage to the room then returned the rental car. When we returned from returning the rental we told the front desk that our room did not have a coffee maker. We told them that it wasn’t a problem for us we just wanted it noted. We also requested a wake up call for 3:15 a.m. and went up to our room. As we were settling into the room we noticed no alarm clock as well. We figured for us not a problem as we had a wake up call coming. Unfortunately, for my husband, he could not sleep as the a/c - heater in the room was very noisy. He was awake and reading at the time our wake up call should have come in. Well, at 3:15 no call. He woke me a short time later and we were preparing to leave for the shuttle. At 3:45 the phone rang and at the other end of the line was a gentleman asking if we had received our wake up call. My husband informed him that we had not. Luckily for us we arrived at the airport in time. The room was not clean in the least. The chairs looked like they had seen better days. The tub had a ring of shampoo or something in the corner of the tub. The elevator was in need of a good scrubbing as well. We have stayed at Wyndhams before and have enjoyed our stay. Needless to say we will not be staying at this one again.

Funky _ Got placed on 5th floor. Quite a walk to get to the room. The hallways smelled like straight up weed. The rooms are a bit outdated. There is a mini fridge with its own separate freezer. I opened it up and the freezer doesn’t work and the fridge reeks strongly of mildew. Poor communication between front desk & housekeeping. They woke me up twice on a Sunday because front desk failed to notify them I was staying for two days instead of one.

Average room It is average hotel that we stayed because we had to. Very close to the airport and shuttle service is available. Free breakfast is served but not very clean. Room is average, the bed is. It very comfortable. It took several hours to warm the room. The price is reasonable.
