My Favorite Hotel Best hotel in Georgetown. Convenient location to everything. Friendly front desk and staff. The only place I stay in GTown. Steps from Martin's Tavern. Walkable to any restaurant on M Street. Nice restaurant inside called 1310. Many coffee shops nearby and across the street for breakfast, as well. Highly recommended.

Great experience and good value My husband and I just returned from a two-day staycation at the Georgetown Inn. I feel compelled to leave a review because we had such a positive experience, and the most recent review was very harsh. I asked the front desk what was going on with the prior customer and they said that the customer had stayed at a terrible time when the hotel was under renovation. It seems like everything is finished now. Our experience was great. The location is amazing. The rooms are spare and clean with modern attractive furniture. Some rooms have views of Wisconsin Avenue and the Washington monument. Tips: • AAA gets you a room discount and free valet parking on site, ordinarily a $40 charge. • Bring your workout clothes. There's a brand new fitness room on the ground floor (not the sixth as the signs state). Very clean with nice equipment. • The hotel restaurant is much better than the typical hotel restaurant and is a popular brunch spot for locals. • Check out maman across the street for cute French country vibes and delicious food and coffee • Recommend booking soon as prices will likely go up now that renovation is complete. • Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great location, clean and comfortable, stylish, and great value. If you are looking for high-end luxury, then this is not for you. For management: • The person I interacted with most was Meghan, a college student, and she was fantastic, sweetly answering my many questions. Karen also helped check us out and she was great too. • Were new mattresses part of the renovation? Our was not as comfortable as I would expect, but I am very fussy about mattresses. • The binder in the room had great info about the history and tips about DC. A few things are very outdated. Otherwise – great job!

Steer clear of this place - it was once grand, now it’s unacceptable. It’s beyond sad to see what this once glorious hotel has become. I’ve been coming here for over 30 years - it was a charming hotel with wonderful service in a fabulous location. We checked in tonight, and will be checking out tomorrow. Holes in the walls, lipstick stained bathroom doors, plumbing unfinished in the bathroom. The new decor is depressing, cheap and kinda dirty. The bed is unbearable, nothing feels clean….such a bummer. Have already changed rooms but the 2nd one is just as dirty, unfinished and uncomfortable. Steer clear of this place….

Sink water pressure is very slow. Otherwise, this place is great and the restaurant is also very good. This was our second stay at your hotel. We love it there. Both times we have stayed, there was next to zero water flow in the bathroom sink. The shower was fine. The sink flow should be improved because it is even difficult to rinse off a toothbrush. Please increase the water volume in the sinks, both hot and cold.

Best location! Whenever we visit our daughter we try to stay at Georgetown Inn. The location is perfect, in the middle of everything! There are many dining options walking distance. We just took Uber to go to the museums in DC. The room is spacious, the beds are comfortable and the room was clean!
