Best hotel in town Pamper yourself and stay at the Ritz Carlton Georgetown. From the minute you enter the hotel every staff member wants to help you. The smell of the lobby area, the design of it and seating area is well thought of. Very cause and friendly atmosphere. Rooms are well set up. The gym is small and has the basic machines to stay fit and keep your energy. The location is perfect, you have everything around you. It’s near the canal, near the shopping area, near the restaurants, the bars and cafes and Shisha (hooka) places. All within the reach of an arm. Highly recommended for couples, families, friends and even if you’re alone. Thanks to the management and all staff for making our short stay an unforgettable one.

Fantastic Location and Staff! We loved this property and it was one of our favorite Ritz experiences! The staff was amazing from the start during the check in process and the room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The location is also unbeatable for walking to shops, bars and restaurants. Will certainly stay here again in the future and highly recommend.

Consistently the best! My fiancée and I celebrate our current anniversary with this hotel each year. Every stay has been consistent to the Ritz Carlton standards. They have an amazing team and front of house leader, Kiara. She is extremely resourceful, professional, friendly, and takes great care of her guests. A true leader and asset to this property. The room was impeccable and they take their Covid cleaning enhancements seriously which is appreciated. We also love the hotel’s location tucked back off the busy M-Street and walkable to all of the desirable shops and restaurants. Just park your car overnight with their awesome valet team and you are all set for your stay. We truly appreciate you taking great care of us again… see ya next year!

Over rated We had 3 rooms for 2 nights and paid over $5,000 for standard level rooms. Staff was fine, but it was obvious the hotel had cost-saving measures in place with cheap toilet paper and one sheet of Kleenex in our bathroom. On top fo this, we had a toilet that ran on and off all night. The rooms were not a true Ritz level and were a disappointment for the amount paid. The hotel was clean and the staff were fine, but the value of the room was not there -- it felt like a standard Marriott room.

Third Time This was my third time staying here, and first since Covid hit. However, the results were the same: great!! I bought the Breakfast and Valet package. The valet was very friendly and got my vehicle on time. The concierge was great, and ensured our stay was enjoyable. Due to Covid, the front desk ensured my requests were met, and each one of the staff responded in a timely manner. We were able to order our breakfast the night before, and it was brought on-time to our room. Food was great, too! You were able to get some drinks in the lobby, and could bring your own drinks to the room for refrigerator use. Overall, pretty much what I expected despite the Covid situation.
