Service is UNPARALLELED I had tea at the Willard and was absolutely blown away. The tea was phenomenal, the food was fantastic, and to say the service was top-notch would be a gross understatement. Our principal attendant, Seepak, was kind and responsive to our every request. He also was good for several bouts of conversation (which I myself am prone to, from time to time). The manager, Caesar, was equally generous, and insisted that we stay over time just so we could enjoy the gorgeous ambience of the setting we dined in. He (and Seepak) made our experience one that I would return for in a heartbeat.

Best tea experience in DC downtown Everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were very attentive throughout the whole experience. They kept coming back and making sure we were doing good. The new manger Cesar is awesome! And our server Deepak is spectacular!

Don’t miss the Afternoon Tea!! The Afternoon Tea was delightful! Tea, champagne and treats were amazing, only made better by the friendly and accommodating staff! Huge thanks to Cesar and Deepak for a wonderful experience!! We will definitely come back for my next birthday!

Easily the Best Hotel in DC with a Perfect Location The Willard has quickly become our favorite hotel in the world. The staff is so freindly, welcoming, and helpful. They have somehow made each stay even more special than the last. They honor our special moments and celebrations and make sure we are having the best trip to DC. The hotel itself is gorgeous down to each small detail. The rooms are so comfortable and they are generous at giving upgrades when availible. You wont want to get out of the comfy beds but you will be glad you did so you can experience all this hotel has to offer. Breakfast is wonderful, afternoon tea is a memorable experience, and the lounge is elegant and relazing. I simply love this hotel and know you will too.
