Horrible!!! First off, we checked in to a dirty room. Food stench in the fridge, towels dirty, pillows had hairs on them and the sheets left with stains. Woke up to a bed bug biting me at 3 30 am and decided to leave because this place is absolutely disgusting. For the price per night it is definitely not worth the trouble. I'm sickened by my stay and will be going for a full refund.

Fantastic stay at Bayshore! Pros: Huge, super clean room. Wonderful view of the marina, lake, and Prince of Wales Hotel. Comfy beds. Great restaurant and coffee shop onsite. Amazing location - very walkable and close to the national park.
Cons: None. We will definitely return.

Nice time to refresg The beds were very comfortable and the shower was excellent The room was very quiet and I did not hear anything from the rooms next door. I really enjoyed my two nights here and loved the view of the lake. Waterton is definitely my go to and I have stayed at another place there with our dog and that was good too but the bathrooms are way nicer at Bayshore. Thanks!

Great place to stay and a great staff! I had a very nice stay at the Bayshore. I was in town on a last minute trip and had 2 big dogs with me. The room was very clean and updated. The mattress was somewhat uncomfortable but that is personal preference. All of the staff was VERY nice and helpful; everything that you could need in is in the building, very close by. I am looking forward to returning in the spring for another stay.

Great experience This hotel is in a great location. It is backing onto the lake and facing the street with all the restaurants and shops. We had an amazing lake view. We were happy with the food from the hotel restaurant and cafe. Parking is free. Reading other reviews, I see people complaining about the sounds of the air conditioner. The air conditioner is loud but it did not bother our sleep. I would definitely book this hotel again.
