Exceeded expectations This place was better than expected. Some reviews noted that the place was old, and yes, you can see wear and tear, but they weren't that bad. The room was large, continental breakfast was pretty on par with what you'd expect, and there were electric charging stations on site. Very normal, smooth, and uneventful stay, which is what you want.

Bed bugs !!!! Rm 221 Seems like a regular hotel, decent but I’m being eaten alive by bed bugs. I wasn’t sure what was biting me overnight because I woke up with bites everywhere but then I found one in the toilet paper and compared it to a picture online. Alerted the staff and they really don’t seem concerned.

Never again! This place is a dump, I can't believe I actually stayed there after seeing my room. The sheer curtains were shredded, the window and surrounding wall had water damage and mold, the carpet was loose and a tripping hazard, the wood furniture was scuffed and worn, the bathroom had mold and minimal toiletries. There is not a restaurant (as advertised) and the excruciatingly loud plumbing, stomping, slamming doors and awful heater meant little little sleep. I was told I'd pay $134 for one night for a first floor room and would get free upgrades; I can't imagine what was meant by "upgrades". The free breakfast was okay but failed to include any kind of cold drinks. What an incredible waste of money this motel turned out to be. After reviewing the website further, others complained about the shredded curtains several months ago...nothing done.

great port in a storm We got stuck in a major snow storm. Road closed in all directions and needed a place until they opened the I-5. So, here we are. We got one of the few rooms left as we were at the front of the highway closing. We got lucky. Place filled fast. Front desk person was great. With a line up, she was kept busy but did well, helping folks. Room was clean and quiet. Good size also. If in the area, we would stay here again. Also, there are 2 level 2 and a fast charger by ChargePoint. Don't stay more than 3 hours or it starts to charge an extra $2/hr above charging rate. Just unplug and plug in again. This place gave us shelter in a storm and charging for our electric car. Thanks. Starbucks and MacD across the street, if you wish it.

Poor service and accommodations We've stayed comfort inns with no issues in the past so this was a shock We booked a room for 5, rm 307. The pull out bed does not pull out. The tv does not work. The window covering shredded. Didn’t care. It’s nothing that affected us staying. However, being told we could not have bedding for the pullout bed for our son as they gave them all out to others who asked for extra was beyond inappropriate and unacceptable. The attitude of staff was the final straw. We paid for a room for 5, and expect bedding and bath towels to accommodate. I want a refund for at least part of this stay but getting to a manager seems impossible. SORRY is not what a paying customer wants to hear. Training, pride in faculty and job followed by appropriate compensation is.
