No comment Upon checking in on Thursday after the incorrect date was made from hotels.com I spent 6 hrs waiting for them to correct the reservation after telling me it could not be done I ended up finally getting a hold of hotels.com and finding out that the lady already had fixed the dates. Then upon getting in the room it smelled like old cigarettes and mildew the shower didn't even have hot water or did it close causing the floor to flood and. Then let's not get started about the service I received from many employees not going into deals with whom but they need to learn customer service how ever there was a few that were awesome and I thank those who treated a Platinum member of choice with 110% customer service. Upon my departure date I decided to extend 3 more days when I found out that they had cancelled my reservation and tried collecting the first nite stay due to my deadline for cancelling had expired. You wanna get ripped off and and not even enjoy your room and owners try and collect every dime from you then this is the place. Ice machine on lower level didn't even work you had to use the one located on second floor and for the week I spent there the elevator didn't even work.

Friendly & accommodating Front desk staff is very friendly & accommodating with any special needs. Management is very attentive to made the guests comfortable during their stay. Happy with how clean it was- We preferred 2nd floor over the 1st floor- rooms& TV’s are abit nicer its reasonably priced. New owners & management has done a 360° for this place- I’m really impressed

Great Location but not the Best experience It is in a great location close to everything. But the hallways have no A/C and the elevator is old creaky and hot. The rooms are hot too. The pool is really nice except for the cesspool stink when you are in the pool. The hotel needs to be upgraded and remodeled. The staff are really nice. But it would be so much better with better bedding and new comfortable pillows and more for the kids to do & a bigger continental breakfast selection. We won't stay there again unless big changes are made.

HORRIBLE This place is DISGUSTING! Stained mattresses and couches. Someone’s contact lense on the bed side. Furnishings are rusted and haven’t been cleaned. Missing tiles on the floors. Another patron walking around with his zipper wide open in the lobby. Just a trashy place. Very disappointing, being we traveled from NJ to visit family. We will NEVER book with this establishment or whomever owns it. Save your money, stay somewhere else!

Good clean room Basic no frills but clean rooms and friendly staff. Car broke down and we got decent room with no reservation and the gal at the desk was very nice, answered questions and recommended restaurant. Decent.
