Great Value This is a great value for its location. People and staff were friendly. Amenities were good. Beds were comfortable. We had a large group that stayed here and everything worked out great. We didn't spend alot of time in the room, but overall, we would return here again.

Just ok hotel Hotel located in busy area there are several places to eat nearby. Rooms are very out dated needs to be brighter and cheerful. Pool was closed. Only one ice machine working on 3rd floor. Breakfast was in a bag. I would not consider this a comfort suites. Rooms are small will not be back

Beware::: Mold in rooms and uncleaned room- long but helpful post We stayed here for 2 nights for a soccer tournament. What we were happy about: The staff was friendly and responsive. The location is great- quick drive to Ikea, Frontgate/Ballard Outlets, many restaurants, and it’s right off I-75. What we {very} unhappy about: 1. When we arrived to our room, it was evident that it hadn’t been cleaned well. In fact, there was a pair of men’s underwear on the closet floor, a half-used pack of batteries in the bathroom and the toilet was dirty. 2. I also noticed pink discoloration on the wall that looked like pink mold. The room had a unpleasant odor (mold- like). We did stay in the room for the first night and I woke up feeling terrible (I have an autoimmune illness and I am very sensitive to mold and allergens). I spoke to the front desk about this and they said they would look into it and that it may be a discoloration on the wallpaper. They did say that rooms above the indoor pool can smell musty. 3. When we arrived back to the room, I began to feel bad again and the smell was more noticeable. I requested a room change and the front staff was helpful in making that happen. Our new room was fine— the smell was completely different than the “moldy room”. When I requested the move, it was acknowledged by front staff that it could be mold because of the moisture from the pool and they said they were going to disinfect and clean the room with bleach. 4. Fast forward to the evening when we were having a conversation with a team member’s family. They said they had been in a room in the first floor by the pool that smelled very moldy and that they all four woke up feeling bad. They requested a room change. Guess which room they were moved to....my old room with the mold....and yes, the underwear was still in the closet!!!!!! They knowingly moved a guest from one moldy room to another without sharing any info about the room to them. And, they obviously neglected to thoroughly clean the room. If you are immune-compromised, do NOT stay at this hotel. If you do, do not stay on the 1st floor or 2nd floor above the pool.

Faulty Air Conditioner Stayed here for 2 nights. Breakfast was mediocre. Air conditioner issues meant the room barely got below 75F (too hot for me). Mentioned the air conditioner issue to the front desk on a Saturday morning on the way out for the day. Front desk employee said she would “fix it”. Nothing was “fixed” when we got back that evening. Also the room needs housekeeping to clean the room and change towels and linen more than once every 3 days, it doesn’t matter how much water the hotel is trying to save. Positives are the room was clean when we got there and the staff I came in contact with were friendly. In conclusion the thing about hotels is there are plenty to choose from which is why a first impression is so important. My first impression of this hotel was not good and as I travel to this area regularly throughout the year I will not stay here again.

Weekend Very professional and polite front desk , comfortable , spacious , clean , good hot water and good pillows . The self serve laundry is 1.50$ washer 1.00$ drier . The washer and drier were dirty , drier needs attention , takes awhile to dry clothes . Housekeeping needs to pay attention to corners , ledges , and top of bed headboard . Very quiet , great breakfast , good variety . Will come back again , trees needs trimming outside
