Overnight Stay The Best Western in West Greenwich, RI was a pleasant overnight location to rest our weary selves after the drive. The rooms were well cared for and pleasingly decorated. The toiletries were sufficient, towels plentiful, and staff was very attentive. The breakfast offerings were well prepared and presented nicely.

We were quoted one price on the phone, and when we got there, we were charged sixty dollars more. The amazing part was we were at the gas station right beside the hotel, when we called. We drove right over and the night manager was checking me in. He received a phone call while he was putting my information in and told me The price is now 200.00 dollars. I said you quoted me 139.00 less than five minutes ago. He said the owner just called me and said I had to charge you 200.00 instead. The check in time was over 30 minutes. I was told they got a new computer system. We were so tired we did end up spending a night there. I went down first thing in the morning to talk to the owner, and he was not going to be until monday. I was told he would call me on monday. He called me ,listen to my concerns. Then he explained why he changed the price. I explained that if you go to a grocery store and a price Is marked one way and you get up to the register And they realized it was marked wrong, You would get it for that price. I said you know I was quoted 139.00. I even explained that there was a sign in my room that gave the price of a 139.00,149.00 or 159.00. He told me that was not for a weekend, and he was charging more. He also reassured me that there were no other rooms in rhode island that night if I would have looked so I was lucky to be in his hotel. If you want to pay extra This is your hotel!! I even called best western themselves and they said I would have to deal with the owner of this facility. Do not stop here!! To top it off the continental breakfast eggs were so wet rhet were disgusting. The room was in OK condition.

Good basic hotel and good value for the area Very pleasant and helpful staff here. Pool area was recently upgraded and has an indoor salt water pool which was very nice. Great location right off Rte 95. Easy access to E Greenwich, Coventry, Newport and Providence. Tucked back in the woods so even though Rte 95 is close it was very quiet. It is an older hotel so be aware that you may notice that. However, we had no issues with our room. Everything was in good working order. Breakfast was good but a bit more variety in the daily options would be a plus. Alaina's is a great little coffee shop that offers breakfast and lunch right around the corner.

Clean and quiet Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was hot, breakfast area was well taken care of as well.

Clean and Convenient Off I-95 Our stay was very comfortable and without any issues for our 6 night stay. The hotel is in a quiet setting and the property is also quiet. The breakfast was good and area clean and well stocked. The price was best in the area for the time we were traveling.
