Overnight stay for a wedding I’m very pleased with my experience. The front desk attendant was very courteous and professional even under duress from some guests. I am amazed how responsive the front desk attendant reacted to my request to be moved to the second floor (lobby level) after explaining that it would be much easier for my husband, since he had difficulty walking. The rooms were very comfortable I am very sorry for not remembering her name, but I’m sure that would be easier for you to figure out. Stay date was June 4th to June 5th. Very pleased!!

nothing wrong with it.... just no chemistry I will start by saying the hotel is pet friendly, which is great. I had a dog in the room next to mine barking most of the time... lucky for me, i can sleep over anything, so it didn't bother me. But if you are a light sleeper, that doesn't help. Also, I don't know if the walls are too thin or what it is.... but you hear EVERYTHING!!!!!! So not apt for light sleepers. The grounds are really pretty, well kept, although they could improve a bit on cleanliness. My room was extremely spacious... quite big, with a kitchen, 2 closets, decent size bathroom. bath mat was moldy so that wasn't fun. Breakfast was really not fun.... it just didn't make you want to get up for breakfast. And the staff was nice, I cant say anything different... they just seemed very mechanical.. and not personal. Near by you do have whole foods and other stores. So there were no big issues.... just for the price.. I was expecting a bit more!

Disappointing This hotel was not worth the cost. I have stayed in much more updated functional places for considerably cheaper. The photos of the shared spaces are much nicer online. The bathroom was extremely outdated and the tub did not drain. I showered in water up to my ankles, and half of the water came out of the faucet and half came out of the shower head. When we reported this to the front desk we were told “thanks for the feedback.” The pool and fitness center were nice enough and the most enjoyable part of our stay. Michael at check in was very knowledgeable and welcoming. Overall, I would not return.

Too much noise & no sleep We were in room 203. I believe room 201 which has a door adjoining our room, is used by a number of different people (maybe hotel staff). Both nights June 18 & June 19, early in the evening we could not sleep, because of a barking dog in that room (201). Then there was load talking & laughing, although it sounded like just one voice. People walked around in that room alot. There might be a loose floor board, because the floor in that room made a load snap sound as they walked around. It sounded as if the occupants cooked around 2:00 am. It sounded as if, pans, bowls and cans where banging around. After 2:30 it was finally quiet. On just the first night June 18, it sound as if there was a load party in the breakfast area off of the lobby. The lobby was just a few feet (one room) from our room. That noise went on until after 1:00 am. There was a buzzer near the lobby to alert the staff that someone was in the snake sales room. This again was just feet from our room. The floor layout of our room, has the refrigerator just feet from the foot of the bed, so you hear it start and run all night. I beleive our room (203) is the worst room in the hotel. We made our reservation on April 13 and did early check in. It is not like we checked in late in the day and room 201 was the only room left to rent. Why not rent your best (quietest) room first? I only got three hours of sleep each night on the weekend of my son's wedding. His wedding is responsible for the rent of a couple dozen rooms. They said some one would contact me, but never did. They just do not care.

Nice place This is a lovely hotel and our stay was quiet and without incident. The room we had was a two room, one bedroom. We had no problems whatsoever, which is a good thing. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was good. Kitchen was set up nicely. Living room area was sufficient....all the comforts of home. If I were to make a suggestion is they could be more creative with breakfast but everyone is doing their best during COVID time.
