Wonderful experience During my recent stay at here I was particularly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Dejon. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Dejon greeted me warmly by name and quickly checked me in and they also followed up later to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. They provided excellent recommendations for local dining options and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. This level of personal attention and care significantly enhanced my stay. Dejon truly exemplifies what great guest service should be, making my stay memorable and enjoyable. A Port in the Storm We were screwed by VRBO and their agent Houzlet, who literally cancelled our rental as we were boarding a plane to take occupancy. At the height of the season finding alternative lodging proved challenging. But we looked on our Hilton app and we saw that this hotel was close to where we needed to be and rented a room for 12 days. The hotel is newly renovated. Our room, carpet and bathroom were all new. This made for a pleasant experience after being so upset by swindlers at Houzlet. The staff was great! The front desk person we worked with was Harry. A lovely person with a great smile and attitude. The cleaning staff also was thorough, accommodating and friendly. Great representatives for the hotel. The breakfast was ok. Coffee was weak and not much of a variety in terms of…well anything, but at this point we weren’t going to be fussy. So we ate the same eggs and bagels every day. We would stay here again. It served the purpose and we were glad we found this place.

Really bad, in many respects I set up the reservation and arrived to find a lot of constriction mess. They should have, but did not, warn of this in advance. I was checked into a room which was fine but had a malfunctioning air conditioner. Also, there was a large piece of industrial equipment just outside my room, I had to step over wires to get to the room (they were taped down) staff explained this was due to poor air flow caused by a defect of some kind in the construction work. Still, very unsightly to see coming and going. So they moved me. To a room next to an elevator. Despite being told there'd be no noise, there was considerable noise at times. The breakfast was bad. They also had no drinks of any kind. Not even water set out. The usual machine for juices was not working. To top it off, they then sent me my folio which as 50 percent higher than my confirmed rate. Called Hilton, they squared it away, but took half an hour on the phone to get it done. Just a really bad experience all around.

Beware of condition and services if still renovating We have been coming to this hotel for over 20 years as we have family nearby. We made a reservation and were never told the hotel was undergoing MAJOR renovations during the time of our stay. This was discovered upon arrival when the front and back entrances were blocked off. We entered a side door, walked through a hallway with several demolished rooms and found a makeshift “front desk” set up on several folding tables. The rest of the first floor was covered in plastic drapes. The air was very dusty and cloudy. The hallway on the second floor was similarly dusty although several loud air purifiers were running. We were given a nice newly renovated room, which was quite pleasant once inside - until we tried to open the drapes and get some sunlight the next morning and realized the windows were still blocked off. We also had no soap in the room. We asked for soap or shower gel the next morning and we were also asked if we wanted housekeeping. We said yes but got neither that day or the next. Very disappointing visit although the hotel might be nice once the renovations are fully completed.

MOLD, OLD, Awful General manager- DO NOT STAY HERE! We stayed with my son's team and left after day 2. The website never said they were undergoing renovations- workers everywhere, ladders, equipment and the floors, elevators and whole hotel was dusty and dirty. They also had work trucks outside with buckets that had workers so you had to keep your curtains closed all day. No one was around to clean or keep the hotel clean during the day. The breakfast was ok- it seems as if they put the same food (day old) out each day as some of the "bread" items were a bit stale so we opted for the fresh fruit. The coffee carafes were not fresh throughout the day. If you get coffee at 8am, you come back at 3pm and its luke warm and bitter. There was no one cleaning the breakfast area or even the main part of the hotel- we left at 8am and came back later in the day and the same cups, napkins were still on the tables. The hallways were dark, gross, room doors were scratched and dented The worst part about it was our room (202). When I arrived I noticed a dark stain on our ceiling that may have been patched over. I took a photo of it. The next day, upon our return from a long day, I noticed that the patch had spread so I took another photo off day 2. The desk chair also had significant staining on it- we didn't sit it in because we had no idea what it was. Our room also did not have a safety lock/deadbolt- we called the front desk and yes, they installed it but why did our room not have a safety lock on it? The bathroom door gets stuck- seriously stuck that you have to either push it so hard or kick it to open it. I was afraid my daughter and I would get stuck in the bathroom because it took my husband to help us open it. The front desk person had someone look at it and they said nothing was wrong with it. That night after I saw the mold/water stain spread on our ceiling, I called for the general manager, I emailed him and also sent him a Facebook Chat. All pictures were attached. No reply at all. We asked to be moved at 10pm at night, the front desk showed us another room that was just as bad! The next morning, we left. 1 month after our stay- we still haven't heard back from the general manager. I told the front desk person that they should NOT sell that room and block it from all reservations. Do not stay here- not only is it undergoing renovations but the staff are very unwelcoming or helpful. Especially after our ordeal with the room (202). It doesn't matter if the hotel is beautiful after the renovations but the general manager needs to train their staff and also respond to customers after experiencing what we did during our stay. Stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Palm Bach Gardens instead. Not just a beautiful hotel but CLEAN, no mold, the staff is so nice and welcoming. Although no breakfast, it really makes a difference when the rooms are clean and staff is wonderful and caring.
