Dirty room Not clean, sheets smell bad. Bathroom and room unclean. Key card never works. Bathtub clogged, no hot water. Unsafe parking lot. Dirty pool.

Has Roaches The curtain was stained, there was too many things plugged into an outlet and the light kept flickering on and on I was scared to get electrocuted, the rug was filthy dirty, and any place that you could possibly sit how to stain on it, you could tell that it had not been vacuumed or wiped because when I pulled the desk chair out there was dirt or dust or something on it. The bathroom toilet paper kept falling off of the holder because it look like it had been fixed one too many times. And to top it all off there was roaches. So even though we were offered a room switch, because we know that roach has colonized within the walls if one room has roaches more than likely there's roaches in the whole building.

Do not do it! Although the people that work, there were very nice, the property was disgusting and smelled like cigarettes.

Lack of customer service. Very dissatisfied. Hotel was booked for family to visit and not only did I call to confirm that their shuttle service would be available for a late evening flight, I called when our flight was delayed and was yet again reassured it would be fine. Then when our plane landed, we called for shuttle and the front desk manager for the evening shift was not only rude but spoke as if he couldn’t be bothered to apologize for a misunderstanding. We will not be using this hotel again.
