CLOSED TORN DOWN This business has been torn down. Literally. ...it was best beforebit fell on its own. Originally a ramada inn it was in dis-repair. New comfort inn to be built in its place. Great convenient location. Closed closed closed.

OK for a night This hotel is in need of significant renovation. Carpets didn't feel clean, bathroom fixtures were stained and the bathroom floor was not clean. The phone reservation was not accurate, is was promoted as the last room and whould have been a two queen bed room, we got two full size beds and there were other rooms available. On the plus side the staff was very friendly. The location is very convenient.

Property has seen its better days It wasn't exactly dirty, but it was very worn: stained ceiling tiles, frayed carpet and the like. Staff was very nice but the breakfast is not what you've come to expect from most hotel's "continental breakfast."

Noisy! Rooms were clean and hotel staff was friendly. The hotel sits on a main roadway and traffic noise was easily heard. The rooms had little insulation between them and noise from neighboring guests was also easily heard. A breeze could be felt from the door due to poor weatherstripping around the frame.

Get what you pay for here...good place for the money On a cross-country trip I ended up in this town needing to sleep. There were several places but due to the longevity of my journey I didn't want to pay much. I ended up here. The guy receptionist was great, a world traveler, and we had some really good talks before I checked in. He gave me a really good rate as I think it was mostly due to being so late in the evening...usually a time one can bargain as they will likely not fill the rooms at that point. The room was quite big but antiquated. It is a motel style layout. I was unable to use the pool but it looked like it was swimmable. I also didn't have breakfast in their huge breakfast room so cannot comment on that. Overall if I was looking for a place in West Plains that didn't cost an arm and a leg and that offered decent accommodations, I would book here again. Pros: service, room size, motel layout with car backed up to the door of the room, value for the money Cons: antiquated furniture, bed somewhat uncomfortable
