Most Disgusting Hotel Experience Ever!! This place is disgusting & in bad need of repair. Low toilet paper, sitting on the back of the toilet because the TP holder was broken & part of it missing from the wall. Enough paper to wipe only after one or two uses. Floor boards are lifted & tub is nasty, no soap & only two washcloths & 2 towels. No cups, no hair dryer, office looks horrible. Room is suppose to be smoke free….LOL. I have asthma & the smell is burning my throat! Would not stay here ever again. Couldn’t book in Auburn, so I didn’t have much of a choice of places to choose from, but honestly I would rather sleep in my car at a rest stop them stay in this room. If it weren’t for my nephews wedding tomorrow, I would sleep in my car. Waiting for roaches to show up. Do NOT book this hotel unless you don’t mind a disgusting run down hotel room!

Worst Hotel Ever! Lobby closed due to "Covid". No Breakfast. That's the best part! Loose flooring coming up. Roaches everywhere! Knocked one off the nightstand only to have him crawl back ON THE BED while several other roaches waved from the dresser! Had to leave at 2am as more and more Roaches came out from EVERYWHERE! Cigarette burns on the tub edge; broken door lock; this place is not habitable. Didn't expect the Taj Majal but this place is disgusting.

A Dump We requested a smoke free room. The first room we were given smelled of cigar smoke. The floors were filthy.and moldy. We got another room that was better. We have traveled all over the country and stayed at many Red Roof Inns. I have never been in a worse site. The Bates Motel would be a better choice.

junk hotel No toilet paper, no coffee, no phone, no service from office. About the worst red roof I have ever been to. A car in the parking lot was revving his motor up numerous times through the night. all and all will never stay at this one again!!!

Bad business Booked a week and had to leave early they gave me 244 dollars back they said they would give and then they charged me 82 dollars for no reason and can’t contact them because phone doesn’t work!!! Horrible
