Wonderful stay! The whole hotel staff at the westburough location is amazing. They are kind and welcoming and very family oriented. We have actually been staying here for over a year now and they have been nothing but loving and genuine. They always say hi to my son, and also to my two dogs we have living with us. The staff here is the only reason I don't mind our current living situation. It sucks, but they make it feel like home.

Run don’t walk away from this property. Where do I start? The room smelled so badly and the bathroom was worse…pure urine. There was a grease spill by the sink I noticed when I entered the room. There was someone else’s hair in the tub/shower. The next morning, I had to have my room card reprogrammed multiple times. One time I waited at the front desk because no one was there and, after a few minutes, the front desk clerk came in from her cigarette break carrying her cigarettes and bedazzled lighter. AWFUL.

The good, the bad and the ugly Stayed in room 114. The good: Breakfast, TV, comfortable beds, accommodating, convenient location, clean dinnerware and cookware supplied, full fridge, cooktop, large bathroom, WIFI was very good. The bad: Very filthy (the carpets and floors look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks), TV remote was missing battery cover (someone put Band-Aids on to cover batteries!) toilet fills extremely high and splashes all over the place when flushed, no vanity in bathroom, dirty clothes found underneath the beds, top of fridge looks like it had not been cleaned in months, foul odor in hallways and stairwells, very poor breakfast selection, noisy hotel (elevator, people walking around all night, noisy air conditioner unit and fridge), dirty parking lot, poor access to front door for loading and unloading. Bottom line: You get what you pay for! Need to pay much better attention to details when cleaning. Need to train staff to be friendlier!

Assistant Manager treated us like garbage! Unfortunately my husband and I are currently unhoused. We were illegally evicted in September from the place we were living in Malden. Because of my husband and I having multiple health issues and being disabled and not having a lot of support from family members Etc we find ourselves having to look for inexpensive places to stay so that we don't freeze to death. When we first got to that location the employees there were being nice and understanding. It wasn't until the very last couple days where we started experiencing problems. This assistant manager and other employee decided to eavesdrop in front of our door because they heard me crying. Not to get too personal on here but I was crying because lately I have been dealing with a lot of death in my family. It was also Thanksgiving and my husband and I didn't even get to eat any food and it was just extremely depressing. They tried to make it look like they were just by the door because they were painting some wall near our room which they were doing that but there was no reason why they needed to listen to our conversation. It doesn't matter that I was crying I wasn't even being loud. When they knocked on the door I explained to them why I was crying and that everything was fine. When my husband asked what was going on he understandably was upset that they were standing at our door listening so he expressed his frustration and because the manager was still eavesdropping which by the way she ended up admitting the second time I opened the door she first tried to tell me that my husband had to leave. I told her no he didn't do anything wrong I'm not going to make him leave so she told us that we both have to leave the next day. And this was all because she didn't like the fact that my husband got upset which as I already mentioned I don't blame him at all. They shouldn't have been by our door eavesdropping. We want being loud or causing any problems. Anyhow the next day we were trying to figure things out. Unfortunately on top of being homeless we don't have a vehicle either. So until we were able to get more money to book a room somewhere else we were stuck out there and it was cold that day, very cold. So one of the times my husband had gone in I think to get coffee or something the other employee that was with the manager eavesdropping stopped my husband and basically asked him if we had another place to go. She seemed to feel bad about what had happened with the manager so she told my husband that we could book another night and that leave would just have to leave in the morning. It's also important that I mention that they have security cameras there and the day the other employee offered to let us stay another night she was also letting us come in and use the employee bathroom, so it would be easy to see us doing that. So around I believe 6:30 that night we will finally able to get funds to get a room again. The employee that offered to let us get a room again was not there by the time we went back inside but as I said she offered and she kept letting us go in there because she felt bad. So the next day I was not feeling very good probably because the day before we were outside in the freezing cold for like 5 hours or so. So my husband asked that same employee if we could book another night because the eaves dropping manager wasn't there again. Surprisingly she said that she was going to call that particular manager to see if we could and we thought it was a little odd especially because she almost seemed as if she was trying to hide the fact that she let us stay there the night before but we didn't want to get in trouble and we didn't want her to get in trouble so we figured it was a good idea. Not so surprisingly that manager said no so we figured oh well and we booked a room at another Extended Stay that was in the area. One good thing about Extended Stays, they do offer low prices. So we booked our room and booked our ride and left. Unknown to us at the time the eaves dropping manager happened to work at that other extended stay and almost seemed as if she was waiting for us to get there. Because as soon as my husband went in the lobby she was there. She told him that we could not stay there and she canceled our reservation and told us that we stayed at the other one uninvited and that we took advantage of one of the other employees that was there that let us get our room because that employee supposedly didn't know what was going on. And we told her that's impossible because the employee that was with her the night she was eavesdropping was the employee that told us we could stay and book another night. We tried to explain to the manager that she was letting us go in and use the employee bathroom and everything and we told her to watch the security cameras because all you have to do is look at those and it would match with what we were saying. They also tried to say that my husband vandalized something which obviously he didn't and we had no idea what they were talking about. She was saying why would her employee lie and we were like well obviously she doesn't want to get in trouble and it's like what are we supposed to do? The employee let us stay there. We are in a terrible situation so obviously we would not intentionally do anything to hurt our chances of being able to stay anywhere. Plus we knew if she watched the cameras she would see that we were telling the truth. Besides being homeless I have multiple severe mental health issues, and so does my husband. On top of all of that I have lost eight family members in the last 3 years. Most recently my godson and one of my nephews passed away October 9th and then on November 18th one of my aunt's passed away. My youngest sister committed suicide April of 2020, my mother died October of 2020 and my grandmother died September of 2022. I have to see two therapists a week because of how traumatized I've been. So being that I have had to experience all these tragedies I ended up having a very bad panic attack because of what this manager was doing and saying. The police ended up being called and I lost it. I don't feel comfortable with cops as it is because they are not the nicest to most of the homeless Community either. And I am always on guard and feel unsafe every time they're around. They thought the situation was so messed up that they ended up taking my husband and I to the next place we ended up staying. Because of how she canceled our reservation we weren't going to get that money back right away so one of my relatives that has been helping had to send more money again just so that we could get a room somewhere else. And the point with that is he was the one who paid for the reservation there and we had to ask him to send more money shortly after he had just sent money for the room at the extended stay. I normally wouldn't get into so much detail because I don't know how many people are going to read this review. I guess I am just that tired of people being that cruel. It really does make me sick to my stomach when people are that dismissive of other human beings. I was raised to be kind and respectful to others. And I definitely do not judge people. If I have never been and their situation before I definitely do not have any right to make unfair judgments and opinions of them. It is disgusting that somebody like that holds that type of position in a place like that. I really hope that she ends up losing her job over this. She is a danger. What if she pulled that on someone that is mentally unbalanced? The way she was acting if it wasn't for my children and my husband and of course my medication and the wonderful support I do get from my therapists I could have easily hurt myself. Because at that time I really did want to die. What if she pulled it on someone that was extremely angry? Then that person could have easily gone and hurt other people. I am tired of people being that cruel. People need to start being held accountable for how they are treating others. Especially in companies like this. I have already written another review about another place we stayed in Framingham. A Motel 6 that has the same type of ignorant management. Just because a person is homeless or mentally ill does not mean that they do not deserve the same kindness and equality that they are supposed to give everyone.

Great Stay Great location. Staff was always friendly. Stayed three nights for a family wedding. Only there to sleep. Quiet at night. Had our two pets with us, pet friendly. Pet areas with bags and a trash can. Nice to see it was always stocked. Been to so many hotels that do not restock their pet relief bags. Room was clean, large bath and plenty of hot water..Did not utilize breakfast as we met with family everyday. Would stay again.
