Presidential My mom thought this would be a great place to spend the night, the hotel is very elegant, like if you were going to a ball gown party! The room was very nice and very comfortable! They offer lots of things to do like fun things to do in New England! I highly recommend this hotel!

Sunday Brunch is Horrible! Hotel in desperate need of renovations It has been 10 years since I've been to the Westford Regency. I was Manager of Corporate Services for Aspect Software for many years and handled corporate travel and did many functions there. At the request of a friend, we went for Sunday Brunch today. The food was practically inedible. Got their at 11:00 when Sunday Brunch started. All of the entrees were overcooked and so dry you could barely swallow the food. The menu listed on the website said they had a carving station of beef, Turkey and ham...it was brisket and pork. The shrimp cocktail was overcooked and hard as a rock. ....never have I had shrimp cocktail so bad. Even the desserts and muffins seemed old and dry. The only thing edible was the omelette station because it was made fresh. So for 2 people it cost $94 with tax and tip for food that was absolutely horrible. This hotel has the same furniture since the 90s. The entire hotel hasn't been renovated in so many years. Won't be returning!!! Very disappointed!

Worst hotel experience ever Worst hotel experience ever! The hotel touts itself as a world class amenities rich hotel but should say what it really is on it's website - a business hotel similar in amenities to a motel. The front desk is surly and unresponsive. My husband had to travel so I was hoping for a relaxing holiday near relatives. Aside from an unimpressive breakfast buffet, their pub restaurant wasn't in service the whole time I was there and there is no room service. Also, don't go there if you have any special needs! In all, a very disturbing and upsetting experience and a total waste of over $800 !!

It wasn’t bad. Not great, but not bad. We stated here because the hotel we had planned on staying at was full. There weren’t very many people there because it really seemed deserted. The room was clean and there was a restaurant on site. I’d stay again but it wouldn’t be my first choice

Lobby looks better than rooms It was late evening when we got to this hotel, so we were ready to stay anywhere. The lobby looked really nice. Price seemed a bit high, but not too far out of the norm. We were told breakfast was not included in price. When we got upstairs (3rd floor), we saw that carpet in the hallway was held together with what looked like electrical tape. Hallway was hot. The room looked ok until we realized that there was no curtain or blinds for the window. My husband took luggage cart back and told lady at front desk about the curtains and she came to the room to see for herself. She told us we could move to another room and she gave us vouchers so that we did get free breakfast. Next room was fine. It was nothing special, but ok for a night. Breakfast was actually very good, including a wide assortment of pastries and a made to order omelet station as well as all the normal breakfast food you would expect at a nice buffet. I would not stay here again.
